Boy!! It’s gotten so bad at chick fil a! Their food has taken a drop off a cliff! Quality of their food has gotten terrible! Size of their meals are much smaller! And the taste is TERRIBLE! It’ll be a long time before I eat that crap again!

I seriously can’t fathom how hard it is to look a a screen a fulfill an order . Food stale, drinks flat. Order wrong. Same people who want $20+ an hour can’t even make a sandwich correctly

I don’t really know what more you can say about Chick-fil-A. It is amazing to me that no matter what location you go to the service is outstanding the food always tastes the same; excellent, and still the price is cheaper than most any other fast food restaurant you will go to. The one thing I can say to that makes them such a success is the fact that they recognize God and put Him first. They could stay open 7 days a week like most everyone else and think that that will increase their bottom line; but they know better. They know God will bless them more by honoring Him and being closed on Sunday to recognize the day of rest that God commanded us to have.

I work at this mall so I have been to this chickfila many times and the customer service could be better. The only reason I continue to eat at this Chickfila is because it’s one of the only restaurants in the food court so I really have no choice when i come into work.The other chickfilas in longview have great customer service so that is what i would expect from this location but that is not the case. I understand the mall can be stressful but it’s never an excuse to have bad energy or customer service.

This visit was disappointing because curbside was not available. I ordered online and when I got to the store I called to say I had arrived. First, they said they didn’t have an order for me, then said I would have to COME INSIDE AND ORDER AGAIN. I ALREADY PAID THROUGH THE APP!! The person on the phone said I will get a refund in 3 to 5 days.
Once inside, the counter service was struggling to get orders correct. One person had to come back up twice to get her order straight.

The only reason i gave a 3 on the atmosphere is because it’s on the mall, and it’s very noisy. Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite places to eat. Love their lemonade.

Haven’t been to Chick-fil-a in years, and they gave me a totally different order than what I ordered, they did make it right by giving me a refund plus another sandwich and a cookie, koodos for making it right and a plus for making it right, Thank you
