It’s roast beef sandwiches fast. You know what you’re getting here and I think it’s pretty good for what it is. The people have always been nice, and the food prepared well. More filling for me for the same amount you pay at other places.

The drive-thru staff was helpful and quick, making sure my elaborate order was done properly by reviewing items with me at multiple occasions. This was necessary however because they did not offer a screen for me to double check the order on my own. The food was alright, but I would have liked it hotter since it was just barely warm when I got home and I only live 7 minutes away. I ordered at 6pm on Friday and there wasn’t a huge rush of traffic, but I did see others come through relatively quick (I had to wait a bit longer for my larger order). Overall I’m sure I will be back as my kids love the curly fries!

We decided on trying the new angus beefsteak sandwich after seeing how good it looks on the commercial.
1. The guy that took my order was pleasant. I placed my order which was the Angus beefsteak sandwich meal upcharged for a jamocha shake. My Granddaughter ordered the chicken sandwich meal.
2. My Granddaughter’s Chicken sandwich was burnt had to take it back to the counter, the cashier took it & remade her another chicken sandwich which was partially burnt.
3. When I received my food I didn’t get my shake I had to stop eating & go to the counter to get my shake.
4. The Angus beefsteak sandwich was 3/10 Angus filling was to runny which caused the bread to be soggy.
5. The curly fries were hard fried too long.
6. The food is over priced for the quality of the food. The best thing from my meal was the jamocha shake.

It’s Arby’s. The food is exactly what you expect. I always go with a coupon and enjoy the food for what it is. You can tell the workers are doing their best. The apple pie shake is delicious and cheese sticks are elite.

Got off work around 10p decided to grab a late dinner. As having mostly bad experiences grabbing food to go this time of night. I was greeting with exceptional service in the drive thru by 2 young men that not only took their time and got my order right, my food was hot and fresh. I’ll definitely grab a quick to go there again if I’m wanting a quick bite again and I’m out that way. Way to go guys I really appreciate receiving exactly what I paid for hot and fresh and accurate with friendly service before closing time.

Ordered their “signature” Brisket Sandwich. a Market Fresh Turkey, Bacon, Ranch and curly fries. Brisket was burnt to a crisp, curly fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. Market Fresh was Chicken not turkey, no bacon, no ranch. Very little meat. The people who work here are not friends of meat and not friends of their customers. This was awful. See photos
UPDATE!! Someone called me and said they were a Regional manager or some type of Area manager for Arby’s. She apologized for the bad food and said she would send coupons for free food. That was a month ago and I still have not received the coupons. So not only do they have horrible food but their managers also do not follow through on trying to do damage control.

Every time I go to this location, an older gentleman is at the window who is always very friendly and accommodating. It’s always fast and the orders accurate and food hot. Thanks for the consistency!

We went to this Arby’s for lunch and everyone got the Arby’s roast beef sandwich but everyone who got the Arby’s roast beef sandwich got sick, and we all came from different households so it was definitely the food.
