Horrible service, the staff and the manager have horrendous customer service, they closed the lobby no signs no anything and forced everyone who was sitting to get up and continued to block off the seating by arranging the tables in a straight line, they claim they have to shut the lobby down bc it’s a “privilege not a guarantee”, aside from that they claim they don’t give any refunds and when I received my order it was practically thrown at me, the lady who made my order had her pants practically at her ankles, very inappropriate and she did not wear gloves while handling the food. Genuinely an awful experience, save your time and money

We love Charley’s but this location just never hits. The food was bland, not much sauce or seasoning. The staff was cold and unkind. And the store was dirty, needs a good wipe down and mopping.

This Indian women was so rude to us while ordering… I got a water cup and she wouldn’t give us our food because I took the cup myself and got myself a drink, She scolded my boyfriend and said “I didn’t pay for a cup” and wouldn’t give us out food unless I paid for the cup. Never had this happen before EVER and I will no longer order or do anything with this facility at all. It’s a water cups, I have never had to pay for a water cup in my life and here I am not able to receive my food because I took it upon myself to grab my cup, WATER is free the last time I checked and she made such a big deal about it she wasn’t going to give us our food we PAID for. She wasn’t beyond rude and needs to be talked to about “customer service” because she’s NOT IT!!!!
