Recently stopped by the Well-Bred food truck. The food was fresh and delicious and made with love. Highly recommend the cheddar biscuit with bacon egg and cheese, spinach feta and roasred red pepper quiche, and a slice of lemon blueberry deliciousness! Your taste buds will send you back for more. (Update) one of the few places I will order from post corona. They wear gloves and masks and have taken things seriously /end Wonderful local cafe with fresh deserts and tasty coffee. Beautiful interior with high detailed ceiling and large windows. A nice place to sit and enjoy an afternoon (on the rare day when it isn’t busy). There is a nice selection of soups sandwiches and sides. My favorite is the curry chicken sandwich and sesame noodle salad. The service is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the sandwiches are premade so sometimes the bread gets soggy.

Visited here four times during my stay in Asheville which only goes to show how GREAT this bakery is. A short drive from where we were staying and always a delight. From the very friendly staff who immediately greet you as you enter, to the enquire coffee, and then onto the most amazing cakes and cookies I have ever tasted.
Well-Bred Bakery produces food which is quite frankly out of this world, and I hope I get one more opportunity to visit before we leave here.
I suggest you make a visit here whenever you can, and as often as you can.
My recommendations would be the following (yes I had all of these) the coffee roulade, ginger cookies, espresso, chocolate fudge brownie, carrot cake, peanut butter cheesecake, shortbread, lemon roulade and giant eclair.

We first came to this bakery a year ago, and it was so delicious, we came back again this year! The Mountain Eclair, Cookies, Truffles and Double Chocolate Macaroon were awesome! I also like to wash my dessert down with their fresh lemonade!

Received an amazing lunch out of their food truck! My 13yo son and I are in Asheville for outdoor adventures and culinary delights. Well-Bred Bakery did not disappoint.
We split a Caprese Ciabatta sandwich which was dreamy. Toasted with melted cheese, fresh tomatoes and pesto with the perfect amount of garlic! When it comes to food, I’m all about texture, and the pesto on the bread results in a crisp crust, doughy goodness and perfect melty middle, it was the best! We had the sesame noodles as our side, and again, the cold salad was so refreshing. Perfect amount of ginger and peanut sauce with slight crunch of the sesame seeds. Delicious! Finished it with a petite eclair that was amazing! Loved it!

Great breakfast place! We had a mix of sweet and savory choices and all were wonderful. Friendly staff and unisex bathrooms. Would definitely come back next trip to Asheville!

We had the curry chicken salad sandwich, a regular chicken salad sandwich, sesame noodles and Brussels sprouts on the side, and for dessert a petite eclair and the espresso roulade. All were excellent. We liked the roulade much better than the eclair. Great space and friendly staff.
