We ordered two combos with a pie and their limited-time fried pickles. The pickles were cold. They were missing our fries. They didn’t put our pies in the bag, and our nuggets that cost almost $13 per meal.what is that . So sad and very disappointing

I usually love Popeyes, I really believe they have the best chicken. Tonight was not a good experience with the one in Ponca City, my fiancé and I ordered dine in with a relatively simple order. (Two Combo meals) We waited and waited and no food ever came out, after 45 minutes we finally said something to the manager and all she said was do you want the food or a refund? No apology about it taking so long, No professionalism and no trying to make things right with the customer so they want to come back. I would recommend going down the street to golden chick, at least their staff is happy to serve you!

The food was good. I ordered a 3 piece with red beans and rice and mashed potatoes with gravy and a large drink. I had to settle for water since the soda machine was not working properly. I did notice that the sitting area had multiple tables that were not cleaned and chairs out of place. They were not too busy to have someone cleaning either, in fact, the manager was too occupied making sure one person went on break and that another was off the clock when they could have taken just a few moments to address the cleanliness of the tables. The men’s restroom was also completely out of paper towels as well. Next time im in Ponca City, I’ll go to KFC.

I eat here every pay day. It’s my little treat to myself. But I’ve had enough. Everytime I order something. It’s wrong, cold, or the entire wrong order. I ordered the Bacon Chicken sandwich. It came with nothing on it. No bacon, no cheese, no pickles. I’ve had enough. This establishment is not the one to try.

I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, and they still forgot 1 of the sandwiches. After getting the last sandwich, the total wait time was 40 minutes. They were very unapologetic. I talk to a few other customers that had ordered way before I did, and they had told me that they were still waiting on their food.

Im new to the area, Im from Houston where you have very long lines almost everyday, so I thought using the phone app would save me some time, WRONG! I got there was asked to drive forward waited 39 minutes for the food. When asked what was taking so long the person said that order was custom and it took 15 to 10 minutes to cook the chicken classic I didn’t have a custom order. The week before I went there and got some mash potatoes that were spoiled, I called them up and told them about the mash potatoes the woman on the phone took my name .and said I could go by and get 2 orders of mash potatoes for my trouble, so that is why I made another trip to Ponca city Im near Metford. So today when I got there I let them know about the mash potatoes and what had been promised to me, after waiting for the food the person told me they found no information with my name ot about the incident. I just sia dont worry about. I will not be going there anymore. Now I know why they dont have long lines there.

Visited a little over a year ago, didn’t want to come back, my husband decided he wanted to try it, we came in and gave it a go. SO VERY HAPPY that we did. Great food, great price, and over all absolutely stunning customer service by Chris and his crew. Fast and FRIENDLY. Highly recommend and very proud of the hard work that crew did to turn this place around. Keep it up guys!!!

Today we stopped in at Popeyes for the second time since they opened, the first time wasn’t that great. However we decided to give it another chance and we was not disappointed food was great, the service was amazing everyone there was really polite and helpful! We highly recommend stopping in and getting your wings the next time you are in the area.
