Very good. We had Cajun and Korean Spicy Q. It was flavorful and spicy. Tasted good and everyone liked it. Fries too was really good compared to the other nearby places. Service was exceptional, the staffs at the counter was very helpful and considerate, everything well arranged and neat. Quick service too.

Ordered & picked up online order. Food was ready on time and staff was nice. I got wings, fries, ranch and a drink. The wings were solid, they were light on the seasoning & sauce but tasted good overall. The fries were seasoned and were very good. Ranch was decent. The Eagan location is new so hopefully it stays consistent but I would definitely recommend.

I love wingstop, and the employees here are at least nice, but the past two times I’ve gone my order isn’t ready and the employees tell me they will let me know when it’s done (which is fine) but what bothers me is when it is ready, the employees don’t tell me and I end up sitting inside the store for 30+ mins until I get antsy enough to ask where my order is and they pull it off the shelf right away, with me not knowing how long it’s been sitting there. Please communicate with your customers when their orders are ready to prevent this. It’s just really frustrating especially bc the staff is very nice here.

FIRE!!! Def the best wingstop in MN as a big back that’s been to all locations Sam was the friendliest. Food came out 3 min after we sat down and the quality was amazing prob the best wings i’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend the Hot Lemon or Hot garlic parm flavors! Also super clean

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I think the staff should get a raise! I ordered chicken, fries and iced tea. Everything was fresh and tasted great. I convinced a family member to try this place and she couldn’t say enough good things about it. Bravo to whoever is running this location. Keep the low vibration employees out of customer service/food service positions please.

While the food tastes great and looks amazing. There are sometimes items missing from orders and they request we come down to the store to pick them up.
There is also the fact of the aftermath of the food. Causing stomach cramps and other issues, similar to what I have gotten from Eagan Buffalo Wild Wings.
Best to ask for your food to be cooked extra if given the chance to avoid unnecessary “troubles”.

We have ordered from this location several times. When have done delivery and take out there is always something missing from our order. We have called to get it corrected, but would have to drive there to get our missing items. One time, I checked the bag before I left and the employee looked annoyed. 2 orders of fries were missing from the bag. This time it was the corn. I called to report the missing item, but have been on hold for over 10 minutes.

I placed a large order (200+ wings and sides) for an adult birthday party the day prior to pickup. Wings were ready to go on time with all sauces – packed well – labeled clearly.
