I had heard of Da Seafood Cartel but didn’t know we’d be passing by this location, so I made us turn around to go back and stop in for a snack.

Everyone working there was so nice and friendly and helpful. We ordered the ceviche (which comes with tostadas) and a crab and tobiko spread. It was so good and refreshing!! I’ve never had tostadas so thin. They were unbelievably crispy and the perfect vehicle for the dip and ceviche together. One of the best bites we had during our trip. I wish we’d had the stomach capacity to try more from them.

They have some seating inside and a couple small tables outside. Definitely recommend you stop by if you can!!

It is hands down some of the best food we had in Hawaii. The tostada and poke bowl were absolutely delicious and you can truly taste how fresh everything is.

The portions are very generous, and every dish is full of flavor. On top of that, the service was exceptional. Daniela is incredibly warm and makes you feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended!!

This establishment, located in the heart of town, is truly exceptional. The ingredients are fresh, the presentation is artful, and the flavors are simply outstanding. We discovered this gem during a day at the beach, and the appealing images on Maps prompted us to give it a try, and we were certainly not disappointed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. They also have another location in Aiea, and if it is as good as this one, they have a winning combination of top-notch offerings. I highly recommend supporting local businesses and enjoying the town while you are in Haleiwa.

I have tried ceviche before and haven’t loved it, always too many onions for me. I have also never had a poke bowl. The reviews were so great at this place so I decided to go and try something different.

I ordered the Tostada La Basta. Probably the best seafood/shellfish dish I have ever had. Absolutely phenomenal in every way. People wait in 50+ person lines to eat out of a food truck like Giovanni’s just a block down and they are missing the boat here by skipping this place. A must try when you visit Haleiwa.

Very fresh. Get the OJ tostada and the crab dip…and everything else! Portions were large. Hits the spot after the beach or a hike. Fresh cold ceviche – I liked the shrimp the best. The chips are homemade and perfect. Will be back next time.

Service and staff are on point and super sweet. Gave me a huge portion to try everything before I decided what I wanted. Park anywhere you can and just walk over there.

Fantastic food. Had the ceviche tostada and poke bowl. Seriously the best poke bowl I’ve had, 1000x better than anything in Waikiki. Flavor explosions! And their dark salsita was so good! Great Hawaiian/Mexican fusion.

Luckily stumbled across this gem during their first week open in Haleiwa. Shared da og ceviche tostada, poke bowl, fresh fruit w/ chamoy on special, and the guac & chips were on the house. Service and food was 10/10 to say the least.

El Torre…fresh, fresh, fresh… Tower of fresh seafood. Blue crab spread, ceviche, cooked shrimp, shrimp Crudo, octopus, Mahi Crudo and scallops.

This is more than enough for two folks with chip and acavado.

Simply great seafood in the Mexican style

Oh my my. Absolutely outstanding, fresh as fresh can be. Had the Tostada La Basta with mahi crrudo, ahi, shrimp two ways and octopus. Nice chipotle spice, crisp cucumber and crunch slices of red onion. Brought ceviche home for the crew

My husband and I went to seafood cartel last weekend. It looked nice, very clean, and staff were very friendly HOWEVER we got horrible food poisoning. We each ordered something different (og tostada and poke nachos) and didn’t even taste each other’s food. So both foods were contaminated and were different foods entirely. We wanted to like this place but simply cannot recommend a restaurant that caused us to throw up for 24 hours straight 🙁
