Passed through the drive through around 430pm. Ordered some chicken sandwiches with fries. The fries were excellent, super fresh. The chicken sandwiches were not great though. Barely warm chicken patties and wilted lettuce. Made me sad after having such delicious fries. Next time, please make everything fresh, don’t mind waiting a few minutes longer. Thanks BK!

I’ve been coming to this location for many years and usually order from their special sandwich menu. They advertise a $5 deal (2 for $5) and a $7 deal (3 for $7). I ordered two sandwiches from the $5 deal.
I paid with my credit card without checking the total, but later noticed I was charged $8.95 instead of $5.45. At first, I thought it was a mistake. The next day, I spoke with the manager, who said she intentionally charged the higher amount because I didn’t specifically say I was ordering from the $5 menu. She pointed to a tiny disclosure on the menu, but it’s almost impossible to read.
I asked for a refund, but she refused. When I tried to order two more sandwiches from the $5 menu, she said I had to specifically request the $5 deal again or she would not honor it.
At that point, I realized she was just being difficult. I asked for the corporate office’s phone number, but she refused to provide it and only took my name and number. I still haven’t heard back. This feels like a scam, and I believe the store is deliberately overcharging customers.

We ordered chicken fries with our burgers 30 minutes ago at the drive-thru and came home with only 7/12 fries. We checked to see that we had the box of chicken fries and 2 burgers. Guess we should have opened the box and counted the fries. Either the employees here can’t count, or someone was snacking on them when noone was looking – honestly I don’t know which one is worse. I tried to call their building location and nobody picked up. I would avoid this Burger King until they have a new wave of trained staff, a new manager, or a public announcement for higher quality control.

This restaurant is outdated and lacks a warm welcoming atmosphere. The decor, if any, is from the 80’s to 90’s. The neon around the inside of the restaurant is not working or they do not turn on maybe to try and safe energy.
The florescent lighting in the dining room had many burnt out bulbs. No music plays in the dining room, so you hear everything that is going on with the staff.
I don’t see how the health department has not cited this location for back of house operations. The kitchen areas where the staff works only has a few lights in the far back that lights up enough for the crew to see what they are doing. This is a violation of health code.
They need an inspection to correct these violations. I have worked in food service for over 30 years, and this would never be acceptable from any health department.
The outside lot needs to be striped so vehicles know where to park in correct lanes. Garbage is full in the receptacle by the front door. Not a welcoming message for people visiting.
The food tastes great and the fountain soda tastes better than McDonald’s.

I was craving a nostalgic meal but was horrified to find the chicken nuggets hard as a rock and the whopper patty dry and extremely questionable! The burger bun was also very stale. They need to be retrained in food safety at this location! Your money would be better spent right next door at Gyropolis. Never going back here again.

My family and I have been stopping by this BK for years. Hell, I used to work there, (it was my first job, growing up). Anyway, I stopped in for their 2 for 5 dollar deal. I wanted 2 original chicken sandwiches for 5 bucks. I pulled up to the speaker, placed my oder, and the speaker said ‘that’ll be 13… something, (I don’t remember). I asked, ‘aren’t they 2 for 5’? He promptly said yes, that’ll be $5.45. When I got to the window, I asked why the change in price? After a brief conversation, he said ‘it’s company policy to charge full price, unless the customer mentions the deal’. I then asked for a side sauce. He said that be an additional charge…
I am beside myself at this point. I really felt like I don’t even want to give them my business, but I had family members waiting on me to come home with dinner.
Shame on you Burger King. I will definitely be thinking twice, thrice, or even just saying no, to coming back.

I’ve been coming to this location for 15 years and the food has become horrible; not just BK as a menu, but this location individually. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich and there were two black strips on it. I figured this was some sort of spicy spooky gimmick thing, but instead it was just bacon that was burnt black. From the employee who cooked the bacon to the one who thought it was ok to put it on the sandwich; I just don’t get why anyone thought this was ok to serve. On top of that, the fries had raised black spots that I swear was mold. I didn’t bother trying to eat the fries and tossed half of the sandwich after I got to the burned bacon. What a waste of $15. It’s time this place shuts down.

I honestly don’t know how this location stays in business. The staff are rude. They don’t listen to what people want and assume they said something else. I’m not the first person to say this. I ate inside. It was so gross. Food all over the seats. It’s not my job to clean up. But of course I did.
