As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Absolutely floored by the kindness/service of the employee at the drive thru today! I had the app downloaded..and had a coupon, but didn’t order online. I was all set to pay full price. She went over and above, asked for my phone number and pulled up my coupon and applied it to my order! Ma’am, YOU ROCK!

This Rallys is horrible!!! They gave us old burgers (they were actually crunchy and dried out). We simply asked for our order to be remade and they said they weren’t making anything over and that nothing was wrong with the food we received. They were rude and most nasty. I would suggest that no one ever goes here unless they like old food. Not to mention we paid $26 for this mess!!!

We waited for 5 minutes at the speaker to take the order. Nobody in the line so wasn’t busy. The food was sloppy and cold. The drive thru worker was rude.

Food was really good. Definitely think they are under staffed though which makes it harder for the people working at night they only had 2 people on staff and they were backed up for orders and there was no one even ahead of us so I feel like they should have one more person at least.

My friend and I ordered food and drinks here & it was good, especially the fries. There was a special going on “2 doubles for $6”, which was plenty for us to get full while on the road.

Food was hot and good. Sweet tea a little too sweet. Little freaky outside as there was a verbal fight going on between two male subjects one at the business (repair shop)across the street and the other subject on Rallys side of the street. Most likely wouldn’t go here again because of that outside incident.
