This isn’t a bash on the local starbucks but i do hope corporate sees this. I’m actually extremely upset as their new drink Sugar Free Caramel Protein Matcha which is supposed to be sugar free is not. Without cold foam this is 12-14 net carbs. Meaning that a diabetic that believes they are getting something that is ok to consume is not due to clever marketing. Now they had the opportunity to make it better if they want to advertise sugar free. They could have made it with almond milk automatically, that would drop natural sugars. Whats worse is the Matcha they are using is sweetened with cane sugar so there is 16g of sugar in this drink that is supposed to be sugar free. Something horrible for a diabetic and should not be consumed. You should be ashamed for making people believe this is sugar free, this is a sugar disaster for a diabetic. Thanks for the complete misinformation and jeopardizing my health with your unprofessional information!

The employees here are very nice and helpful. I use the app to earn points and perks. I ordered the dragon fruit mango lemonade refresher drink and it was good. Most of the Starbucks locations don’t have the Cran-Merry Orange lemonade refresher drink available.

Had the rudest lady with glasses working in the drive thru. She had a terrible attitude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. I’ve worked at Starbucks and you should have basic customer service skills.

Very packed , and customer service was absolutely horrendous . My mom’s coffee , the first time , tasted like a caramel machiato with a hint of pecan (order was a pecan crunch oatmilk latte) . My mother drinks this drink once or twice a day , so i knew she wasnt lying . I went back to ask for a remake on the drink the lady had an attitude when I asked for a remake and claimed the drink didn’t taste right claiming “I made the drink so ik what i put in it.” I dont recommend this place at all as this is not our usual location . I say save yourself the time and disappointment and go to frankfort’s starbucks instead .

This is one of the only Starbucks locations in the area that doesn’t have crazy wait times in the drive-thru. Lady lady on the intercom was so friendly and cheery! They made my drink perfectly and they gave me my cheese danish to eat while it was warm before my drink came out. The location is pretty small, but you know-great things come in small packages! Definitely will be returning!

It was very upsetting to start the morning with a refusal. We arrived in Chicago late at night from Houston, and in the morning we went to our favorite Starbucks to have coffee and asked to warm up our food in closed containers. It would have taken just one minute, but the staff refused. It was disappointing — in Houston, we are always welcomed with kindness and attentiveness.
In the end, a nearby nail salon kindly warmed up our food, and only then we were able to enjoy our coffee. But the fact that Starbucks could not help with such a simple and human request left a very unpleasant impression. For the lack of hospitality and understanding — one star.

These guys are essentially the first people we come in contact with before we start our days at work. I always leave with a smile! Kindness really goes a long way… They make the best macchiato’s too!

Avoid between 8:30 AM – 11 AM local time due to long drive thru wait times. Also, drive thru is poorly designed – expect people honking & gesturing at you.
