Well, I tried them again and will never order from here again. They don’t care about doordash orders and throw it in the bag and send it. $11 for 2 double cheeseburgers, didn’t make them like I paid extra for, and look how small they are ?!? Plus, there is no marinara for my mozzarella fries. What’s funny is the receipt is taped to the bag, check it.
Bogo chicken sandwich is worse than processed nuggets… horrible, that’s why they are giving one away… thin and tasteless.

The crew that is currently at this location is wonderful. My mobile order was ready when I got there (which is unheard of these days). My child had accidentally ordered the wrong toppings on the burger, so I went in to try to order a new one. They insisted on replacing it for no charge, even though it was our fault. Food was hot and delicious.

Drove through for a Whopper Jr, asked for no ketchup. I got a dry cold whopper with tiny bits of lettuce, 2 slices of dried tomato, a slice of onion and one pickle slice. The bun and meat were both cold and stale. There was No One else in the drive through or the parking lot so there was no reason for giving me stale old food. Ridiculous!! I will never go back there again. Oh and I got one napkin and no receipt

Mybhusband, my daughter and I placed our order in the drive-thru. We drive from south Lake Charles to here to get Burger King(passing 2 other locations) because this location actually get our order right, it’s not thrown together and they give you fresh fries and onion rings.

They do not have enough workers and a sorry manager. When you have to pull up and wait for your order to be brought out to you. One worker with headpiece, plus working the front, plus taking the food out to customers x that is sad. Y’all could have an amazing business there, if run by the right manager, one who cares if they close or do BETTER. Needs to be checked by higher up managers. You had one and they were doing great, you transferred him. The ones now don’t seem to care, they run out in of onion rings, French fries, etc. please do something to make it run better and faster. I.e. like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc. thank you for listening and hope you can better Burger King in Moss Bluff.
