2 ladies in front of me with their kids. Took them about 7 minutes to order their food. Once they were done the workers seemed to be cleaning up and walking around. Didn’t get any sort of acknowledgment as I was standing there for about 10 minutes at that point. Once I saw them heading to the drink station knowing I was going to get a drink also, I said forget it and just left. I know this was more the customers fault but when they were finally done they still never acknowledged me even though I had been waiting for a comically long time. The lone previous visit here was good. Quick and food was good.

Brandon was exceptional. He was interactive with my daughter that is 3 and was overall a joy. People need to be more like Brandon! All the workers at this location was sweet and welcoming overall great experience way to go Brandon and team!

Great staff at this location. We saw the shift manager go out of his way to help several customers and get extra assembly help when a line formed. Friendly assemblers who gave an option to taste a new protein to see if we liked it. Shout out to Sarina who also did a great job.

My order I placed online was a double chicken burrito no beans, add guac and a few more toppings. My burritos first 5 bites consisted of just rice and cheese. Nothing else. Then as I took a few more bites I realized my whole order was messed up. Fajita veggies, black beans. None of which I asked for. And no guac that I paid 3 dollars for. Tried to call the store and only talked to a customer service rep who gave me a free entree. Still doesn’t account for my guac I paid extra for or my double chicken since my burrito was inedible to me.

It seems like this location gets confused with the location at Randall and Algonquin Road.
Always a delightful experience here. Every employee has been friendly and easy to talk to while ordering. I stopped going to the Chipotle location down the street close to Algonquin Rd. I’m grateful that this location opened. The management and leadership team are amazing!

A mostly good experience, however the lower rating is due to missing items in my order, which has happened on a couple of occasions. Since my orders were take out, to drive back for the items would have been a significant inconvenience. Other than that, a clean and welcoming location.

I go here a lot specifically for the great atmosphere. There is a general manager id like to mention called Perla. She made sure my food was handled quickly and in perfect condition. Will be coming here a lot more often.
