FROM THE PERSON THAT GET THE PINK DRINK WITH HEAVY CREAM….Idk who opened this store but from day ONE iv had 2 mess ups since opening there’s other locations iv visited where its a gamble everytime i go when iv gone for years. This location hasn’t messed up hardly at all….and i use this drink for medical issues so getting mess ups doesn’t fly well with my disease. Super fast everything is made nearly perfect the staff is great. Last week the drive thru line was long I went inside it was LONGER but they had someone calling names out in front of the counter….THAT GIRL DISHED OUT ABOUT 25 orders in 10 min calling names in the front. They had an amazing cycle going.

As a diabetic individual, navigating beverage menus often presents a challenge due to the limited availability of sugar-free options. On Monday, December 15th at approximately 9:45 am, I visited your McCall (menifee) Starbucks specifically seeking a suitable sugar-free drink. Given my dietary restrictions and the limited standard offerings, I opted for a Venti iced water with a few added strawberries, a simple customization I believed would be accommodated without issue.
Initially, I was charged a nominal fee of $0.50 for this order. However, the situation quickly escalated when another employee approached me publicly, stating that the initial charge was incorrect. I was informed, in front of my peers and other patrons, that the drink was actually considered a “tea” and should have been priced around four dollars.
This public correction, while perhaps well-intentioned to rectify a pricing error, was profoundly embarrassing and wholly unprofessional. It is my firm belief that any internal discrepancies, especially those involving a new employee, should be addressed discreetly and internally, not by singling out and effectively humiliating a customer at the door. The manner in which this was handled turned what should have been a simple, pleasant transaction into a moment of significant discomfort and public scrutiny.
To be frank, I was already having a particularly difficult day, and I had hoped that a visit for a simple, safe beverage would offer a small moment of respite. Instead, this incident exacerbated my stress and left me feeling deeply undervalued and humiliated. It underscored not only a potential inconsistency in pricing policy for custom, sugar-free options but also a critical lapse in staff training regarding customer interaction and discreet problem resolution.
I sincerely hope that you will review this matter thoroughly. Training on consistent pricing for custom orders, particularly those essential for customers with dietary needs, alongside a renewed emphasis on sensitive and discreet handling of internal issues, would greatly benefit your customer service standards. No customer should ever be put in such an awkward and embarrassing position.

My drinks were good and made promptly. Jillian and Ava were absolutely amazing, super welcoming and kind. However, while being in the lobby, I heard Maggie rasing her voice and being rude to not one, but multiple of the other employees. It was super uncomfortable as a customer. Hopefully she was just having an off day, because everyone else was awesome!

Time and time again, I order my drink without cinnamon and guess what happens… It has cinnamon in it. Not sure how that happens 7 times out of 10. Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to my house and my wife keeps going to this location.

Went to this store for the Hello kitty drop and was verbally told by the manager Blanca H. the items I was looking for were in stock this morning. I proceeded to wait and while in line we saw them pulling the merchandise behind the counter for themselves. The item I was in search of was also cleared off the shelf before the store opened. After they opened I asked them about the item and Blanca looked me with a straight face and said we didn’t receive it. After 20 plus people saw the items and I saw them pulling plushies and cups while stocking so they were on the clock while pulling items for themselves. Then after I told her why did she tell me they had the item and we saw it she backtracked and said an employee went in and purchased the items before store opening. All of my years of shopping drops this store was messy and unprofessional about it. For a new store location they already have a bad reputation. Do not shop here for any drop!

It was a little bit of a hard start for this location but it really has turned around. The first time I came I did not have the best experience with the service and my Iced shaken espresso was a cup of watery milk with little to no coffee… I live close and I really wanted to have a close location so I gave it one more shot. It was a complete tern around! The service is really friendly and the drinks are always delicious. I’ve come to this location a few times now and I really enjoy it. Nice to have this location

This Starbucks can never listen to what my order is I asked for the same drink every time I go there and every time I go there it’s different and I am over it. I have called and made complaints. I’ve called and made request. I’ve called and brought it to the attention of the manager And nothing’s changed so I will drive out of my way 4 miles from my house to go to Dutch Bros because they get my drink right every time.

I’m sorry but I definitely don’t like the customer service. I asked the girl on the drive through that I want to redeem my points and I have to tell her 3 times because she didn’t wanna do it?! I had 70 700 points and she only gave me credit for one med drink? Plus the 4 drinks that i bought it was less than have fill! Too cheap I’ll say!
