It was 10 of us having a pizza party and no one was thrilled with the pizzas. We ordered 2 sausage and cheese pizza for one and pepperoni for the other 3.
I know that the sausage and cheese was only $7.99 but it had like 10 pieces of sausage on the whole entire pizzas.

I have tried pizza from this place for the past 2 months and it’s the same terrible experience all over again I’m writing this hopefully the owner sees this and change some things around the place. I have had terrible heartburn EVERY TIME I have had the pizza that doesn’t happen to me ever. Last time I bought a pepperoni pizza it was COLD and I didn’t realized it until I got home. The crust was all cold and the center was barely warm and once I ate the pizza I had dirrahea not even 10 minutes after eating 2 slices …..

I like the food. It works well occasionally if I need to feed the kids quickly and I’m short on time. The last two times I’ve been here it has taken FOREVER. I also do not think the pizza is worth the price hike I’ve seen in little ceasars.

Placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the app tracker said it had already been picked up! They gave my food to someone else! The only way this could have happened is if someone behind the counter gave it to them! I will NOT be ordering from this location again.

Service gets 2 stars. I’d give it 1 star for them giving my order to someone else, but they remade my order right away.

When your order is waiting to be picked up they keep it in an oven and you put in a code to get your food so nobody else can take it and it stays warm, the food is always ready very quickly and it is very cheap for how good the quality is

Dude at the counter had no customer service manners once so ever. The cooler door was open when I arrived and stayed opened for the 15 minutes I waited.
I waited for my two pizzas to be made, to get home to realize one pizza wasn’t fully cooked all the way, as the dough was still doughy AND even though I waited for my pizzas to be made fresh, I received two OLD crazy breads with my two FRESH pizzas. Like, what sense does that make? Do better than that Little Caesars. Smh.
I will recommend everyone I know to go out of the way to go to the rock island store to actually receive hot and fresh food for every item as well as great customer service.!!

Very good, and the Deep, Deep pizzas are truly excellent, definitely their best addition. Makes this stop better than just a fast food joint. A clean friendly location. And very busy!
