Disappointed ☹️ the burgers were unavailable. Cashier at drive-thru forgot to give my mother back her card after paying. Returned the next day to Arby’s for the card, and the cashier had her card in the safe. Food was fresh and tasty.

That $7 box is the best. Sandwich, fries, 2 cheese sticks, peach cobbler roll, and drink for $7. This location is very clean, and looks to be newly remodeled. Nice dining area.

My daughter got an Arby’s achievement award from her school I bring it in and mind you it has the original water mark I give it to Kaci the store manager mind you to her directly she takes it and then goes on to refuse to fulfill it because it doesn’t have some alleged stamp from the school that none of these certificates ever have on them from the school then she goes on to imply some sort of involvement with whatever employee they have had misuse the award. I personally feel like as a customer especially why is my daughter punished because of Arby’s failure to hire people with integrity. I also feel as though she was rude definitely could’ve been nicer and made no genuine attempt to help

This was my first time visiting this location with my brother, and we were both impressed. The food was delicious, and everyone was genuinely friendly.
What really caught my attention was the ramp outside—placed so close to the entrance that anyone using a wheelchair or mobility aid can easily get through the door without hassle. Inside, I noticed a sign about accessibility that listed specific ways the staff will assist if needed. It wasn’t just a generic statement—it showed real thoughtfulness.
They made it clear that everyone matters to them, not just as customers, but as people. Accessibility isn’t always considered, but when it is, it makes a huge difference for many of us.
I don’t write reviews often, but this restaurant deserves recognition.

Ordered a deep fried turkey club meal with NO bacon and NO mayonnaise. The manager handed me the food and I asked if they made sure there was no bacon. The manager assured me that she watched them make it herself and that it did not have bacon on it. I make it home and opened the sandwich – four pieces of bacon and mayonnaise. I called and the manager told me that it was her that watched the sandwich and that all I can do is come back and get it remade or get my money. She was never apologetic for the abysmal performance and that she clearly lied. I politely asked for my card to be refunded as I do not have the time to return to the store her response was to hang up on me. Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered through the Drive Thru. The young man who took my order was so patient with waiting for me to decide what I wanted to ordered. As I pulled up he greeted me with a big smile and throughout gave me excellent service. However, when I arrived home and opened my sandwich it barely had any cheddar as I usually have it dripping out of my sandwiches on future order, but over all it was delicious. I can’t rate the atmosphere cause I didn’t go in, but the outside was nice and clean. Thank you Arby’s for having an individual at the windows who provides excellent customer service. See y’all again soon

Came over on Thursday evening and were blessed with Emily. The lady was nice to me and my son. When she brought me a strawberry lemonade instead of a peach one, I haven’t realized right a way, but she came over by herself, apologized for the mistake, and brought me the one I ordered. Appreciate the service!
