Let me preface this by saying that I have worked fast food before, I know things run out. I know that things happen. That being said, I ordered the new Sponge Bob meal, excited about everything that comes with it. When they finally handed me my meal, I asked if the pie was down in the box. They informed me that they are out of pies and that they included 2 cookies as an apology. First off, 2 cookies does NOT equal a slice of pie. Second, if something is missing, you inform the customer DURING the process..not after they ask. If I hadn’t asked and gotten home before discovering it I would have been even more upset. Third, after I did get home and bit into my whopper, the bread was stale and tasted like it had been left out for days.
UPDATE
While I won’t take down my review, I will update it. Within 48 hours, the store manager reached out to me and offered to call me when the pie was back in stock and she offered to replace the meal with any meal of my choosing. While I still do not like the initial visit, the speed and professionalism of the response more than makes up for it. 5 stars!

Customer service was great! Food was made to order, hot and fresh. The new renovations on the inside are up to date and well designed. My only complaint is the price, but like everywhere else, prices are going up. Overall great food and friendly service.

This review is based on MANY visits with the same employee. I’m hoping I get his name right , because his receipts always come out with Christy or something. But I think his name is Brandon? He is always at the drive through when I get my daughter’s dinner. I come almost everyday ( no exaggeration) . But this guy is the definition of integrity. He never EVER gets order wrong, ALWAYS smiling and makes us feel like a valued customer. He’s always so pleasant, courteous, professional and has that smile like he loves his job. Please pat him on the back and let him know us as customers enjoy the happy vibe he has at your establishment. These type of people are a true asset and will keep us coming back..

The whooper Jr was the size of a sausage biscuit or smaller. They’ve never been that small it was hard as a rock and the service wasn’t good. It was the worst burger I’ve ever had. Y’all need to step up the game and serve fresh food not hard buns that seemed to be sitting there for days. If that’s how it is now I won’t be back. It was absolutely awful

Yes I got food from here on May 21 at 12:49 pm ever since me and my husband ate there we have been sick and still sick I do not recommend eating here we got Royal four not to mention we asked for no onions and one of the whopper had some on one of them so yeah

the employees are very polite and do their jobs very well! the food is always hot and fresh and if someone is not happy with their order, the staff goes above and beyond to fix it. it’s a great, clean place to eat, with friendly service and hot, fresh food. the drive thru is also fast and convenient for a meal on the go.

Well. I’m coming back to edit this review.. since my last visit , they have made some changes, and they have been for the best. I lost hope! BUT the little girl with dark hair and glasses ( sorry I don’t know her name she is always at the drive through ) Is IRREPLACEABLE! It’s hard to find someone with integrity, honesty and a true care about their job. She is why I’m back coming 4 to 5 times a week again. You just can’t go anywhere and they recognize your voice and know what you want. She needs a promotion. Thank you for hiring her and saving me as a customer. ( oh and my order had been spot on ever since!) Also the Harry Potter guy. He is amazing! ( not sure his name either ).thank you for stepping up!
