Went here once in July (pre ordered online), was told from drive thru to pull off. I waited an extra 15 mins past time given and had to go inside to get my pizzas because the next driver at the window was still there. Tonight I ordered (at 4:15) delivery for 6:15 pm. App at 5:50 until 6:50 pm said manager checking quality. I finally called and they said driver just left. 5 mins later my app said driver on his way. They promised a free pizza voucher in my app but still waiting on that to show too.

Ordered a Buffalo pizza minus onions and added extra chicken and sauce, plus mushrooms and olives! My pizza gets delivered second bite and I am pulling onions out of my mouth. When I call the store the manager offers me a discount on my next pizza! Explain to me why they wouldn’t fix the current mistake? Like I’m hungry now not later w/ a discount so that the store gets more of my money to possibly make further mistakes w/ my dinner choice… maybe I’m wrong but why not fix the current mistake? So now I have a pizza that I will have to pick thru to eat, hardly enjoyable But it looked so darn good to start with, now I’m just bummed out… the manager at the Church St location was of no help and didn’t give 2 hoots that my pizza wasn’t made properly to start with… offer a 20% coupon for their screw up??? What a pathetic offer

Worst place to order Pizza in all of Concord… Yes worse than Little Caesars. I went in to pick up an order that I made online, I arrived an hour later (after the app told me it had been ready for 15 mins by the time I arrived) but I couldn’t get anyone to come to the front so I could get my order. It was like a group of zombies back there! So rude and unprofessional! There were customers screaming at me for complaining because I couldn’t get an employee to help me and the cooks screamed at the unruly customers to get them to stop screaming at me. It was a horrible and terrible experience. Go watch your cameras on Friday night Nov 15 2025 about 7:30-8pm and you will see what happened. We won’t be back and I’m thinking about pursuing further action for the threats made to me from the two women customers that were screaming. They also screamed at others inside the store waiting for food.

This is hands down the best pizza of concord! Topping portions generously to the edge of each product, fresh out of oven, could not get any better. Coupled with the friendly staff that helped me place my next timed order! Amazing group of people with excellent management! Truly remarkable turnaround!

Worst Dominos I’ve encountered! The first order was half pepperoni half cheese. As you can see from the picture there is 1% cheese on the pizza 1% sauce and 98% bread. The pizza was also majority pepperoni (5peps 3cheese). Had to reorder the pizza and the lady claimed she would make sure the pizza was good. The next pizza arrived with only 3 slices of cheese or if you want to count the attempt to make a 4th slice (little slice that I’m holding up) and 4 pepperoni, Just sloppy! I’d highly suggest dominos pizza on church street in concord if you are picking up. They have amazing pizza and have never disappointed! For as long as I have been ordering there they have never slacked so I will definitely be taking that drive to concord next time I think about ordering Dominos.

First time I ordered wasn’t great but the second time they offered me a free pizza because nothing was right the first time. This time was hands down 10 out of 10 definitely recommend. Drew and delivery boy Michael was excellent. My experience was perfect this time! Will definitely order again!

Stop by the window to pick up an order my grandson placed. The woman who came to the window slid the window open and I said I’m picking up and order and gave her the name. She said give me a minute. She came back with the order and I said thank you twice. No response but received the eye roll and she slid the window closed! I don’t understand, why be in customer service if you are going to act in suck a manner! We all have bad days but reciprocate what being given to you! A simple hello and thank you! Not the eye roll and window closed in your face! Hope whatever was bothering this young lady gets better!

It may have been that the system was down and I could not redeem my points. But I also didn’t get the points from my order,even though I gave them my phone number. The pizza was dry and the feta stuffed cheesy bread wasn’t cheesy or stuffed or cooked all the way

Pizza box smashed to the pizza making it flat and a big sauce oil mark on the box. Toke one bite and Pizza tastes like 2 day old pizza. Pasta alfredo had no sauce and burnt. Brownies were average. I will never go here again!
