I come here a lot, and tonight was the best overall experience I’ve ever had here. To whoever was in the kitchen making my order, you made my tacos incredibly delicious. Literal perfection. The sour cream was even throughout my taco and there was a perfect amount of cheese. My cheesy rolls were melted perfect. My order was SO perfect it brought a tear to my eye. To the girl at the window, THANK YOU for being so kind and happy to be there. You truly make a regular like me want to come back more. The staff tonight deserves total appreciation and a raise. Incredible to say the least.

Extremely subpar food. I’ve been forcing myself to “give them one more chance” for about a month now and we keep coming back thinking that anything is going to change. I drive around the state for work and get cantina bowls often and this Taco Bell consistently misses the mark compared to all the others. The rice is almost always hard, and even when I ask for extra it doesn’t come with any more than the regular serving. Tonight someone must have forgot to check their soda machine or even check the drink before handing it out the window because I ordered a Baja Blast that was very visibly clear. Just carbonated ice water. There’s plenty more things to conplain about, but what’s the point. This’ll be the last time I eat there for a very long time.

We ordered 3 spicy potato soft tacos and a chalupa with chicken. the soft tacos had 2 small potato’s on them and no sauce. the chalupa was soggy and had cold beef and no chicken. i went back thru and they told me they couldn’t help me. so i bought more and nothing changed… never wasting my money here again. and this isn’t the first time. no bites was taken out of any of this by the way, the tortillas came stale with half of it missing.

My friend and I went there for lunch. Neither of our husbands will eat there, so we decided to try it. Ordering at the counter is not available. You must use 1 of 2 kiosks, but a lady was readily available to help and was friendly.
My friend got a burrito, and I got the 3 hard taco combo. The combo was just the tacos and a very large drink. Her burrito was just ok. She had guacamole on it which helped. My tacos contained just a little meat, lettuce, and a sprinkle of cheese. Packets of hot or mild sauce were available, but that’s all. No sour cream, tomatoes, guac., etc. To get some condiments to give them some flavor, I had to go back to a kiosk, pay my cash at the counter, then wait until other orders were filled before I could get the guacamole. I was told that was their policy.
We were both rather disappointed with this experience. Ordering at the counter should be available, and if we return, we’ll know you have to pay extra for all the flavorful parts, considered extras.

It was FREEZING cold inside to the point that everybody was gobbling their food down so they could leave. The workers had it cranked because they were hot in the kitchen I guess. Very uncomfortable. Food was subpar…probably won’t be back

Very disappointed in food. It was almost like eating a flour tortilla with no filling. Asked for extra red sauce in one particular burrito, and there was significantly less than the normal amount inside. Would not recommend.
