BEWARE MEAT IS NOT GOOD.
I have never ate tacos that tasted so bad in my life. To be safe my husband & I ordered mostly asada tacos last night because who can ever go wrong with Asada. We got home & took off the aluminum & automatically an off putting smell came from them. Well I took a bite into one & had to spit it out right away the meat tasted disgusting!!! old, like a nasty cow taste. You know when you smell livestock like the ranchos, yeah just imaging that taste in your mouth. I also ordered one of lengua to try but HELL NO did not try after this. I went back had to ask for a refund, the lady at the register wasn’t even caring really which made me even more upset she made me go tell the taquero. The taquero had to tell her I don’t want another order of tacos, i want my money back when she kept trying to remake my food. After my complaint i seen them throw out the meat & clean off the grill. THANK GOODNESS because it was so disgusting. NEVER going here again.

Most disgusting quesadilla of my life, took one bite and immediately felt sick, the quality of the cheese was not good and it was dripping of oil, also they put way to much onion inside which is confusing because I never asked him to put that inside maybe that’s how they make their quesadillas, but it was not pleasant at all. There was also added salsa and sour cream that I did not ask for them to put inside it as well. There is no menu with the ingredients so I was not aware they had all of that to their quesadilla. Overall, it was not good Very disgusting. Do not recommend, As far as the service is was bad, there there was no line and they took forever to attend to me. Also Food preparation was horrible almost like they don’t care. I would take it back, but honestly not worth the fuss since I can tell they most likely don’t care

I’ve eaten at the story rd location many times before and have never had any complaints for that location. The first time i came to this location, i ordered a quesadilla no onion or cilantro, but realized there was a pile of grilled onions on top of the quesadilla when i got my food. I came back and pointed it out but was told it was ‘only grilled onion so it’s fine’ multiple times before they agreed to remake it for me. i got the new dish just to realize it was the same quesadilla just reheated on the grill. I came back a third time and spoke to a woman who was dropping g off supplied to the food truck, showed her the plate that was given to me, and she made them give me a refund and make a new quesadilla. it sucks that It took three separate trips and a woman who wasn’t there when the initial order was taken to help fix the issue.

Ordered tacos (chicken and alpastor) I like my tacos with everything on it but my partner doesn’t and told them not to add any toppings. Made a small error and they added the topping. I checked the order before leaving and I informed them of the issue and they didn’t throw a fuss and quickly made me new tacos. The meats are good and feel like they’re one of the top taco stands in the alum rock area. Access to the stand kinda sucks because it’s a popular spot on a busy street. I parked on then side of the cemetery. Overall the service is good & good tacos.

Food was okay, people working there are nice and kind.
However between the tables there is a manhole and it smelled so bad. Also it is sort of scary to sit there with car speeding. There is a need for some metal guard. Cars are turning the corner way too fast.

Be aware of this place: “$2 Taco Tuesday” never happens here. I’ve come here twice, and it’s always been $4 for a small taco. It feels like a 100% scam. There are many better places on the East Side and downtown San Jose.
