If we were to return to Cuba, we would always choose this place to stay. The staff was very welcoming, polite, and always available. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was generally good, although we only had breakfast there. The atmosphere was calm and homely, which really makes you feel at ease. A place we truly recommend to anyone visiting Havana.

Great oasis in Havana. Located in the Miramar embassy district. Beautiful restored building from the 1920s. Very competent staff ! Carmen and Pancho very especially helpful. Every single item worked great.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed for 5 days in April 2025. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The rooms are very clean, the furnishings are absolutely beautiful and very stylishly simple.The the staff (led by Pancho, the conductor of a skilled and synchronized orchestra) are highly trained, extremely polite, multilingual and have a very positive attitude. We loved our corner room over the pool and the breakfasts. We ate dinner with our group one night – delicious. I especially liked the very italian oven-fired pizza. I didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay Casa Italia.

This was my third stay at casa italia. Everything and everyone was fabulous. I have been visiting cuba for over 15 years and this is definitely the best establishment I have seen. Amedeo and team are the best. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I will be back shortly..
