This is the best run Taco Bell I have ever seen! The organization and service is AMAZING and world class, and the restaurant was insanely clean! The staff is very friendly, and my food was done before I could even get my drink! An example of how well run this place is – the hot sauce packets are individually arranged LOL! That is the kind of attention to detail I was not expecting! Will definitely be back – this could easily be the best Taco Bell location in America lol!

That kid working there tonight Friday Jan 8 is terrible. I asked him three times for hot sauce and before I left I asked him if they put the hot sauce on the bag and he said yes. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Taco Bell Mundelein Location. As vegetarians, my family and I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza online, but were shocked to receive a beef and beans Mexican pizza instead. This Mexican pizza isn’t even listed on their menu, which added to our frustration. Consuming meat is against our religious beliefs, making this mistake particularly distressing.
When we contacted the restaurant to address the issue, we were met with rudeness and a lack of empathy from Alex and his manager. They were unapologetic and insisted on verifying the order, which meant we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to show them how they had messed up. This was not only inconvenient but also disrespectful, as they should have taken our word and handled the situation with more professionalism.
The entire experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. We expect better service and understanding from a restaurant, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions and religious beliefs. Unfortunately, This location of Taco Bell failed to meet these expectations, and we will not be returning.

Every Taco Bell I’ve been to has been good except this one. There are a bunch of tiny kids that run this place place, who really don’t seem to care or want to work here. Service is extremely slow and the food is bad. The wait times are extreamly long. They’ve messed up my orders on several occasions. They also like to charge and leave out items you’re paying for. Please fire all the staff and actually hire people who know how to run the joint

I’ve never had taco bell that wasn’t good until today. Avoid this Taco Bell. They make you order on a kiosk and they skimp on their ingredients. Your burrito supreme will be 1/2 the size than the usual. We will go to the other one in Mundelein that is great!
