Food Options and food are great, unfortunately their WiFi sucks, I Used to come almost every day and meet with colleagues to enjoy their drinks and food while we were doing some office tasks, unfortunately their internet signal and printer always had issues we had to find another alternative spot. All of my colleagues had same complain food and drinks ares good, unfortunately not a friendly place to study or do any work tasks due to internet signal so weak. I made comments to the staff and even sent an email to them, but it seems to me they do not care, and this is sad, for such a nice place. I hope this review and comments get to the owner to do a little investments with potential of great returns. I used to have at least 2 drinks or more, and ate 2-3 of their food items myself, imagine all of my colleagues together how much $$$ revenue is lost every day, it only takes a little investment and this place will be one of the top ten choices for students and young processionals

Good boba drinks!
My sister and I used to come here way back when they first opened and are very impressed by their improvement and remodeling. Their menu has a great variety of drinks to pick from. I recommend getting any of the fruit teas because they come with actual fruit bits and are super refreshing! What makes this shop stand out from the others is that they also offer a large range of food and snacks.
* Popcorn Chicken: 9/10 – super crispy and their dipping sauce is so delicious!
* Lychee Green Tea: 8/10 – not too sweet and love the additional toppings
Not only are the workers nice, but the interior decoration is immaculate. it has a very urban and fun vibe that makes it unique from all the other boba shops. This is one of the best places to go to for studying because there are plenty of benches and tables to sit at. I also really like that they offer an option to call and order ahead so that it’ll be ready to pick up. A super smart business tactic!

Love coming to this little spot, this time around I got a vanilla coffee frap, strawberry mango smoothie and strawberry smoothie. Love how they’re were so overpowering in sweetness and the flavors of them were great. We also shared the popcorn chicken and it was very tasty and the crunch was amazing. 10/10 will definitely recommend this boba house.

The chicken was crispy and juicy, the fries we’re on point and their drinks are refreshing, there’s something different for everyone to enjoy plus the place looks like an avenue, I loved it! Definitely going back.

Decided to give this place a try since it is new. It’s a cute place, nice ambiance and humor decoration. I order their Urban coffee consist sea creams. A side note: if you want strong coffee ask them to make it less sweet. If you want extra shot, this place charge you extra…not 7 Teas Leaf allowed up to 6 shots for free. I should have told them no sea cream and easy ice. The drink came in kind of slender cup. Very disappointed since they full up almost half wit sea cream and ice, not so much coffee. Ordered mango iced tea for my kid no sweet. However, it’s not an option since they need to add mango syrup.
Their popcorn chicken’s portions are smaller than other places.

I loved that there were so many drink options as well as food options.
Drinks were definitely not on the overly sweet side so that was a plus.
Also got the popcorn chicken with a mild spice to it and it was both juicy and crunchy.
Prices were reasonable
Interior, I loved since there is so much to look at around the details on every corner.
My only complaint is there was no restroom, especially if you have plans of staying to study or have conversation with friends

Beautiful boba place with a lot of options but okay Thai tea boba. I came here with my friend late at night – this store actually opens while the rest of the boba places is closed. Anyway, it is a very nice place to hang out and talk. I love the designed of the place – it is very unique. However, the boba Thai tea is lacking. It is served in a nice cup but I wish the boba Thai tea is just as nice. Anyway, since it is probably one of the only boba shops that is opened at night it is hard to complain too much about it.
