Tried four different Kolachi and they were all amazing!! The dough is so soft and buttery. The filing for the ham and cheese was a little light on the ham but still awesome. I bought 4 dozen froze them and took them back home to Wisconsin. I have reheated in the microwave or air fryer. Air fry makes the dough a little crispy but I love them both ways.

A lady ordered some kolaches without cheese. Drive thru. They gave her some with cheese. She returned them and the lady put them back on the shelf. Word to the wise if it leaves your hands and they bring it back, THEY GO IN THE TRASH NOT BACK ON THE SHELF!!!!!
