This was my first time using Too good to go with this restaurant and I received the WORST service at pickup. When I arrived at (8:45pm), the door was locked and she came to the door to tell me that they ran out of dough. Mind you, the food was already ordered. A lady then came to the door being very rude and nasty to me (a black woman) and an hispanic man outside wanting to pick up an order. The hispanic man tried to then explain he had a doordash order and to that she said (“I don’t understand your language”). Two police officers arrived after me and she left them in saying (“You two look important”) and they were allowed to come in and pick up their order. I am not sure if she has something against POC or what but this was a very distasteful experience. I usually only go to this pizza hut because I like their customer service but I don’t know if I will ever come back. Im debating on taking this matter to other social media platforms as well.

The counter guy was amazing, and super friendly. The lady may have been the manager but she was so nice and supportive it was unbelievable. I came from the ICU where my son is and they heard me talking and went above and beyond to make me feel like we were family. I can’t express how comforting it was. It’s hard to find people that actually care about the customers day and situation. I will drive out of my way to frequent this pizza hut. Thank y’all so much.

Ordered 3 pizzas with delivery. Wrong pizza showed up (with allergens to our family). Called and asked for solution. Option was to “come pick it up”.

Stopped by Pizza Hut and was very pleased with my visit. The restaurant was clean, my food was ready quickly, and the pizza was delicious with plenty of toppings. The employees were polite and made sure everything was right with my order. Overall, an excellent experience!

The manager is rude . I’m not sure of his name , I called this morning because I order last night after 10 & when I called last night the place was closed . A door dasher delivered the food, I ordered directly from the site & the food was just bad quality . The chicken pizza had sauce piled on super thick as if I asked for extra , the cinnamon bread looked awful , the sauce was piled on super thick as well & they were cold, and the cheesy bread sticks were like leftover bread sticks minus the cheese ! I called to talk with someone this morning after not getting an answer last night and the guy was rude and said he wasn’t doing anything about it because he made it …. I explained that I didn’t want a refund , just the order remade fresh . He hung up on me ! I’ll be reporting Pizza Hut to the BBB because why in the heck was the customer service awful after poorly made food ? Worse experience with Pizza Hut I’ve ever had . I’ve never eaten at this one but I sure will not again ! Here’s the food this morning , I was so hungry and clearly we couldn’t eat this!
