This was our 1st visit to this nearly brand new Waffle House. We eat WH every Sunday, but usually go to the one in Gallatin, which is also amazing. The best part of this Portland location: the food was wonderful. Our server was super nice and all of our order was correct. Yes, it was a bit slower than a WH that has been up and running for a long time. Yes, it was a little chaotic on the grill line. But that is to be expected at any new restaurant. And, as someone who has worked a short-order breakfast line cook job in the past, I know to give a little grace while the kinks get worked out.
Bottom line: great food, great service- have a little patience. I’m happy they are here

I’ve been here multiple times And every time I’m there, the chefs are going All out and the waitresses are too. This is one of the better waffle houses I’ve been to people make mistakes. honestly, I can say the workers at this waffle House have never made a mistake with me. But I’m sure from how I’ve seen them handle things if people would ask nicely for something to be corrected they would do it immediately without question. People are way too negative these days. this waffle house is awesome!

Food was great. Paid and tipped the waitress nice. She did a great job! Very attentive and cordial. Had a meeting with one of my team members. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes total. From when we first sat down to leaving. Got pressured to leave by the manager multiple times. I would understand better if it had been longer, but is an hour and 15 too long for paying customers to be there? Never had a restaurant do that.

I usually order online while I’m at school and usually it’s fairly decent BUT today I was SOOOOO disappointed! I ordered eggs over medium double hash browns with ham jalapeños and cheese. The eggs were over cooked and cold as well as the the hash browns being burnt cold and barely one hash brown with onions added to it! The only thing I was able to take a bite of was the biscuit. I believe they served my food from previous plates that were behind the counter because the waiter pointed for me to sit at the chairs by the window. I won’t be back here again!

Dined in and sat at the counter, even though they had been very busy. Evrryone greeted us, order taken promptly drinks served almost as fast as we got to our seats. Love those hashbrowns and others with me enjoyed their meal also.

This is our second time visiting this waffle house. My wife always orders a hashbrown bowl and asks for white gravy on top. The first time we came she didn’t get it and we let it go. We visited again this morning and I ordered to go and I asked to make sure she got her gravy this time and it still wasn’t there. We are not trying to make a huge fuss but my wife is not wanting to come back since she isn’t getting what she’s asking for. What do we need to do to make sure that we’re ordering it properly?
There was also no sausage or bacon on my all star breakfast that I ordered.

The cook that drives a yellow looking Prius cut me off in traffic. Then he stated he was too light headed to do anything and needed his coworkers weed pen. He looked dangerously high on something more than weed and burned all the food we were given. The portions were so small we thought it was a joke at first. I took my family in for the first time last night and every single thing was incorrect. They repeated the order to each other numerous times and still couldn’t get it right. I tried to call management before leaving this review but the phone is only explaining how they don’t take to go orders over the phone. This establishment is super new so it’s crazy this is being allowed

New to Poland, TN residents. Very clean and a pleasant experience. Food was served in a timely fashion with no mistakes. Hostess was very welcoming and made the visit enjoyable. Recommend this location for it’s food and hospitality.

Had a large Togo order. Server was very friendly got me a Togo tea while I waited. About ten minutes later all four of my orders were ready and everything was correct. I would definitely recommend going there and giving them your business.

A good breakfast place… Now open 24 hrs! We will have to try their lunch/dinner menu sometime. However, we thought it poor for the employees to speak so negatively on how bad they were doing during the overnight hours–no customers. Also, they made it known other employees were late in showing up that’s morning.
