Absolutely delicious!! We got a Philly cheesesteak, a side of fries, a the burger, and 3 drinks. Wish I had gotten the man’s name behind the counter but he was so nice! We chatted while we waited for our food. He also gave us 2 free cookies We talked about a drink I was trying for the first time ( the basil seed drink) I got the pomegranate one and I loved it! We also tried the lychee one(also very good personally I like the Pom one better) definitely a big fan & we will be returning! Such a great first visit in 🙂 he

Sandwiches are delicious & reasonably priced. Drink selection is extensive. Everyone is friendly, and I always enjoy going here! My favorite thing to order is the Bacon egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll.

Amazing deli on Lakeside Avenue! The prices are great and the food is even better! Super clean environment and kitchen! Which is always nice to see! The owner is a super nice gentleman. Always happy and treats his customers fantastic! I highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak’s! They’re fantastic! Also a nice little patio outside to enjoy ur food and drinks on! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We came to Lakeside Deli because of their stellar reviews and they did not disappoint! Chopped Cheese and original Italian were delicious. Fries and onion rings were hot and crunchy and perfectly salty.
Staff super nice and welcoming. My husband and I work 10 minutes away and plan to make this our new lunch meetup spot!

This is the worst cheese steak I’ve bought in Richmond. DO NOT waste your time or money coming here for a cheese steak. I came here solely because of the reviews. Yes, the place is clean, & the staff is friendly, but I came for the food. I’ve had cheese steaks from Stanley’s, Holly Philly, Steak & Gyros on Cary, & a few other spots. ALL OF THEM make a better cheese steak than this place. I believe in reviews. I read them & write them. Trust me when I tell you this is not the spot for a cheese steak.

I tried both the steak and cheese and the chopped cheese sandwiches, both were delicious! The flavor and quality were great, and the customer service was just as good. I even placed my order a little late close to closing time, but everything was taken care of quickly and with kindness. Definitely recommend!

This place made so sick. The fries smelt nasty but I thought that was just the smell the grease had to be old. My god I had stomach ache for three days and time I went I smelt it coming out. This is the only thing I ate. Health inspection need to start back putting letters grade back on the door. To warn customers. They lady at the counter pretty nice. The cook need help.

First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised! The bacon, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll was a delicious throwback to my favorite New York delis. It’s the closest thing I’ve found in Richmond.
