We placed a Doordash order this evening. It was terrible. We spent 70 on food. All of it was inedible. I’m not one to complain but the food literally couldn’t be eaten. They replaced our biscuits with some sort of buns. The dasher forgot our drink bags. The only thing we ate from our meal was our large coleslaw. Very frustrating.

Customer service was TERRIBLE.
I’m giving a 3 on food just because they are usually pretty good here. But really missed the mark this time. Wait 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to even take our order. When they finally come to.the speaker they proceed to give us excuses about why they cannot make our food. I get closing procedures but to have all fryers off an hour before close when essentially everything on your menu is fried. Cmom. I’ll take my business next door… Arbys, definitely 5 of 5

LarderRoom…KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich! I went for the Buffalo Ranch but it wasn’t available so I went Spicy and added my own Buffalo Sauce and a splash of ranch. KFC has it going on with these sandwiches! Huge crispy all white meat chicken and the perfect pickle. Service was fast and food was amazing!

Had not been here for quite some time, will be even longer for another visit, chicken tasted like it was left over from a few days so dry, mashed potatoes and gravy used to have a good flavor not this time, biscuits were good but that’s it was a nasty meal,so sad to see name brand restaurants goin down hill, grocery and on north Detroit St in Xenia has really good chicken

Unlike some other KFC restaurants nearby, the food quality at this one is always good. 5 stars for food quality.
-2 stars for pricing. The pricing structure is a rip off. If you don’t order a prepaid meal, you get ripped off. For example: I simply wanted two chicken breasts and two sides, I don’t need/want a drink or a biscuit. There is not a pre-designed combo meal for this. The manager, Logan, spent 10-15 minutes fiddling with the cash register, and she could not get the price below $10!
I could buy two $5 breast fill-ups, and receive 2 breasts, 2 sides, 2 drinks, 2 biscuits, and 2 cookies for $10. I don’t want all the extras, so why can’t I get the chicken and sides for, say, $8?
