Super disappointed with the most mediocre pizza I’ve ever had. Simply ordered a pepperoni pizza and received the greasiest, floppiest, soup pizza. Who ever runs the kitchen at this place takes absolutely no pride in their food service. Quality control should be implemented asap.

I LOVE this restaurant! Everything I have had is delicious. The ingredients are first rate. The cheese in all the dishes is the best in town. The pizza is awesome, as is the lasagna and stromboli. Great servers too, especially Stephanie and Michelle. Cirro the owner is great and passionate about food. Myself and a friend eat threre every Wed. Highly recommend.

I really like this location over the other ones in Greensboro. Its large and has a nice atmosphere to it. The waitress I had was very friendly and attentive. She knew the menu well. The chicken cacitouri was very good and tasted real authentic. The prices are a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for.

Pizza is soo good I don’t know how else to describe it!! It’s better than Frank’s, domino’s, pizza hutt
And is the chicken portofino and the manicotti with meat sauce I hope I spelled that right!!

The oil for the bread basket is soo good makes the bread taste like garlic bread almost but better. Bread is so fresh an warm if you purchase the bread basket as an appetizer. Really gives you the authentic Italian feel, with the music selection,

The only reason this restaurant received two stars was because the servers provided decent service. The food is not good enough to want to return to this location more than once. I’ve been to two different locations And it’s been consistently disappointing.
The first time I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta dish that was referred to me by a local was not a desirable dish. The food was bland, the pasta wasn’t drained properly and the shrimp weren’t clean. The second time visiting this restaurant I ordered the penne pasta with sausage and tomato sauce… The sausage were edible however once again there was a pool of water underneath my pasta dish. I’m not sure if they’re not straining the pasta or if it’s frozen and then thawed. Also the chicken vegetable soup that I ordered was extremely bland This is something that should have been 86… off the menu! I would not recommend this restaurant.
Not to mention the salt and pepper shakers were filthy and my food came out on a dirty plate.

Life Lesson
Placed an order for pick up. Was told that the wings come in a set of 12 and cost $17.00. I was reluctant but still placed the order with a large pizza and it came to a total of $41.00. Went and picked it up (across town) and came back home only to find I only got 8 wings and no extra cheese on my pizza (that I requested and paid for). Called and spoke to a manager and he offered me a $3.00 coupon lol nothing in that restaurant costs 3 bucks. Wanted me to waste more gas to come back for that or he would give me 2 wings lol. I will NEVER EVER come back or recommend this location to anyone. I should have went to Mario’s on Wendover. Check out the pictures ♂️

Why was there a ten year old wiping down the tables with a literal bottle of Windex? And I was unhappy that I was charged for a new marinara sauce after showing the waitress that the first one was just two large chunks of tomato. Would’ve taken a photo but I assumed we wouldn’t be charged for replacing it, and they took it before we got the bill. Pizza and service were very mid, didn’t make up for the discomfort of watching a ten year old work like a grown adult and getting charged for a cube of tomato.

Writing this review for my mom mainly because we love their staff member Roberto! He is so kind, remembers our order by heart, and even gave my mom a sweet gift when she picked up her pizza this evening. Also the best Elizabeth’s in town by far! We love ordering from you guys.❤️

Very difficult to comprehand how a place like this earns a 4.2 out of 5. Service was pleasant, limited beer and wines, menu items ranged in the 15s and mind boggling how stuck up the eatery was with basic condiments. The ranch sauce was watered down to a point where the chicken wing appeared to be sweating it off like bug repellent. Pizza oozed in the center and hardened to the crust (raw). I would only recommend appetizers from this chain and that’s pushing the boundary.
