I have been coming to this Jersey Mike’s for a couple of years now. Food is always fresh and made right, workers are upbeat. Today they went above and beyond. Stick with what you like. I was feeling adventurous and took the advice of a very friendly employee to try something different. It was okay, but not as good as other sandwiches. 3 stars due to frustrating interactions with staff, food presentation.

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews, but after several negative experiences at this location, I hope this one inspires some change. One of the recurring issues here is that orders are often wrong.
The customer service is also lacking. Multiple employees don’t greet customers or show any of the friendliness you get at other locations. I’ve seen staff on their phones while people wait to be helped. One employee in particular, a short girl with long blonde/brunette hair, has messed up my order several times. Honestly, she moves like it’s her first day every day and never seems to know what’s going on. You’re making sandwiches, not launching rockets.
The staff clearly need to be properly trained. Basic customer service and order accuracy should not be this hard. I also agree with other reviews suggesting some of the staff should be drug tested. The lack of focus and professionalism is hard to ignore.
It’s a shame, because the store itself is actually nice and well set up. But the staff completely ruin the experience.
I’ve started driving to the other Jersey Mike’s location in New Braunfels instead, and I haven’t had a single bad experience there. It’s worth the extra drive to be treated with respect and get your order made correctly.
I wouldn’t recommend this location. Poor service, sloppy orders, and untrained staff make it not worth the visit.

First time visit. I was very impressed with how clean the place is. The staff were totally very attentive, and super friendly. Their working tables were exceptionally well kept and cleaned. Staff practiced good food handling techniques. Any sandwich ordered and made for you from THEIR ” menu ” are AWESOME! size and most importantly, the taste are absolutely worth the price!! Try (my favorites) Philly steak sandwich and the pastrami sandwich!! IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT !! Great place to visit and eat HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
