We go there daily and they are the best! Always friendly and sweet! The store is always clean and in tip top condition! Extra shout out to Gladys and Haleigh came in on Sunday and they were smiling and ready to accommodate whatever I needed! Also they were deep cleaning and the store was extra clean! I ordered nachos online, I received nachos with no nacho cheese and called to tell the manager and there only solution was I could bring it back and they would add the nacho sauce, so their mistake would cost me gas to go across town to add cheese to my already messed up and cold food, I had a sick child and told her I can not drive back now. Horrible staff. Horrible service. Worst subway I have ever been to. The staff should be fired. They did not greet my family and I when we went into order. In fact we never even got subs due to the staff. After ten mins of waiting with no hi or hello even we left. The two women would not even look at us. RUDE

I stopped in today August the 6th 2025 at 4:30 no air conditioning the staff was not friendly the sandwich was not made correctly ask for light lettuce way too much lettuce ask for extra mayonnaise hardly any mayonnaise the sandwich was so bad I threw it out the window! I have never had the worst service and worst food from this place in 30 years!!

My boyfriend and I got some sandwiches here and the cashier was just so incredibly sweet and nice, she really elevated our experience here. I didn’t catch her name but on the top of the receipt it says server by 0827. I hope she gets a raised or something because she is amazing and our sandwiches were delicious!
