really? for $5.49 this is what you get? plus rude customer service and an AI response? I was very disappointed in my meal here. To order you have to use the kiosk. The employees will not take your order. After looking at the posted menu on the wall I decided what I wanted to order. It wasn’t available to order through the kiosk.so I got something else. The chalupa combo I believe. It was so gross. The chalupa was hard and dried out and I couldn’t even bite through it. The pink sauce on it was gross too. It tasted like Big Mac sauce. Then there were the homeless and tweakers coming in and using the soda fountain like it is free. Just bring in your own cup and go to the fountain and get whatever you want. It was gross. I wouldn’t come back here and I don’t recommend coming here..

Not thrilled about my experience yesterday. I don’t like ordering through a kiosk. I watched several elderly people get turned away at the counter and told to use the kiosk. By the the time they help them at the kiosk they could have already took the order. They also had out of order signs on both bathrooms. I believe they do this because they have transients frequent their franchise.

I walk in and no one greets me, then after a long time Manager Alyssa is extremely rude to me, Corporate will be notified. This place has Bad management, laziness is obvious. This place should be shut down, the majority of customers hate the experiencer at this location. Worst Taco-bell in las cruces by far.

Honestly we have so many taco bells we don’t need this one. They serve cold food the cheese in my burrito was not melted everything was cold. People are rude and take their sweet time to serve cold food and a burrito that’s not a burrito just a tortilla filled with cold beans onion and cheese wild.

this store sucks. Always has the least quality of all the other Taco Bells in town. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Burrito Supreme is laughable. It shoud be called anything but Supreme. No lettuce tomato or sour cream. About the size of your finger. Dry beans. This is what you get when you let children run the store. Corporate should revoke this franchise.

worker was rude, had this ugly attitude the whole time we were ordering. my girlfriend got two tacos which had very little meat. not even a thin layer, just a tiny bit in the middle. food tasted rubbery and old as well. she broke apart the taco just to really see how little meat there was in there.
