Just enjoyed a lovely diner here. I’m not sure what was the better the service or the food. The meat for the fajitas was cooked to perfection. I loved the carne asada and the salsa that went with it was just so good. I can’t wait to come back !!! Pedro the manager made it even better. He was checking on all the tables to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!!

First off, this restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the space is stunning and thoughtfully designed. The service was fantastic as well; the staff was attentive, friendly, and handled a packed house with great energy.
The food was good, but I do think it has room to improve. Since it’s a new restaurant and it was incredibly busy when we visited, that may have impacted the depth of flavor and overall execution. That said, this place has so much potential. With a little refinement in the kitchen, it could truly be something special. I’m excited to see how it evolves!

We brought my mom here since she was visiting from out of town and we all loved it. We started with nachos and guac and I got a mezcal mule that was fabulous. My husband got brisket tacos which is his new fave. I got empanadas which is now mine. My mom got the creamy chicken enchiladas which she said was excellent. We shared the guava flan and tres leches which was a perfect dessert. Yum-o!

The new Agave in Bothell is outstanding! We had the mezcal, queso dip, carne asada, and steak salad—everything was incredible. The tile work and high-end ambiance create such a cool vibe. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner even stopped by to introduce himself. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was unique, presented well and delicious; far better than the average Mexican restaurant fare. We started with the diablo wings which were excellent. I paired those with a mezcal manhattan and I thoroughly enjoyed the smoky flavor.
Dinner portions were more than ample so we shared a dessert, the flan. Flan is one of my wife’s favorites and she though it was the best she’s ever had. Service was quick and attentive throughout the evening.
We are both eager to return to try out some of the other entrees. Happy to have this great, new restaurant in downtown Bothell.

We’ve been excited to try this since it changed into an Agave. Jesse was great as our waiter. Food was good standard Mexican food, nice vegetarian options!

I have been waiting for this to open for months! The food was excellent and the staff is so kind and personable even though they were absolutely slammed on a Friday night. I am so happy to have a Mexican restaurant with this level of quality in Bothell, an excellent addition to the community.

Had dinner here… all of us agreed, the food was not very good and was significantly expensive for the quality. 31 dollars for 2 tacos is pretty absurd.
Two of us had our stomachs wrecked by the food.
Recommend basically any of the other mexican restaurants in the area over this place.

We came to celebrate our friends birthday so there was 10 of us. The food and drinks was fantastic, my favorite was the habanero brussel sprouts and the hibiscus margarita. You can tell that the chef tested the meat, it was tender and juicy. Everyone was very nice the decorations were beautiful. It was very loud so hard to hear.
