The pho is made infront of you with the ingredients you request. It’s fresh and hot. The place has a cute and happy, modern theme. We were serviced right away and plenty of places to sit. There’s also boba if you’d like to purchase.

After waiting about 15 minutes in line, I was met with extremely rude behavior from the staff. I was told I could only be served food to go and was refused the option to dine in, with no explanation provided. This happened immediately after the customer in front of me was allowed to dine in without issue.

More than the last minute “takeout policy itself”, the real issue is the lack of basic customer service and kindness. A simple explanation or courteous communication would have made a big difference.

Was in the area & wanted some pho so I decided to check it out. I did the create your own pho with the brisket. Overall, it’s a decent place

First time trying this Vietnamese place. I ordered a build your own pho and it was good, I wish the broth was super hot. The broth was warm, but not as I would expect it. The service was quick. The decor and ambiance were nice but it was just the broth that I would’ve excepted it to be hot.

The aesthetic is clean, cute, and colorful!
The food has been a consistent hit for me. I love their “make your own” rice bowl. The lemongrass chicken and meat are delicious and blend well! Their in house sauces are also very good.
I’ve been trying new drinks from their boba bar too. They have milk teas and refreshers and you can choose to have toppings or not. Love this spot!

I had a very disappointing experience at Nine Five Pho. The service was extremely poor — the servers looked very new and didn’t seem trained at all. They constantly had to ask their coworkers how to handle simple things, which made the whole dining experience slow and frustrating.

They also charge extra for almost everything. I thought we could pick some vegetables ourselves, but they added charges I wasn’t expecting. On top of that, the prices shown on the board are cash-only prices. If you pay with a credit card, they add an extra 4% transaction fee, which they don’t explain clearly until checkout.

The food itself wasn’t any better. The pho was just average at best. The rice noodles were stuck together with many pieces broken apart. As an Asian person familiar with good pho, I can say the quality here is barely okay.

There’s also no atmosphere at all — nothing inviting or comfortable about the place.

Overall, I don’t recommend Nine Five Pho. There are plenty of better pho spots out there with better service, better food, and better transparency.

This place is sooo good and I don’t even like pho! We got the build your own pho, noodles, flank & brisket, all the toppings and beef broth. Their boba is delicious. And it’s not too sweet on the 100%. The new girl at the boba station is a bit stale with her customer service but it hasn’t discouraged me yet :). Must try guys. The boys on the line up are all very helpful and customer service friendly. The ambience of the place is great. Cute decor. Check it out!!

I was recommended this place by a friend. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cute, trendy, and perfect for photo opps. The staff was very helpful and happy to assist. The food there is fantastic. I ordered the rice bowl, and I was surprised by the flavors. The nine five pho sauce was tasty. I even took an extra home for an additional 50 cents. We ordered chicken wings for the table. They were perfectly fried. My family ordered the pho, and they loved it. The portion of food given is generous. We had leftovers the next day, and the food was still yummy. We will definitely be back to try the boba tea and other menu options.

95 Pho Vietnamese Eatery and Boba Tea was a mess from start to finish.

I walked in with no line and five or six people behind the counter. Only one employee was actually moving customers through orders. Everyone else—including who I later learned was the manager (woman with glasses and short black hair)—was just standing around creating congestion. She began taking my order, got halfway through it, then abruptly walked away without a word. No explanation. No “I’ll be right back.” Nothing.

Why? Because someone needed help unjamming a stapler. That apparently took priority over the now 15 people lined up behind me.

Thankfully, another employee stepped in, finished my order, and actually made the food. She was the only bright spot in the entire experience. Unfortunately, even after I specifically dislike cilantro, it still ended up in my meal.

I sat down to eat while waiting for my car to finish charging at the Tesla Supercharger nearby. I had my dog with me the entire time I was ordering and being served. No one said a word. Halfway through my meal, an employee came over and told me I had to leave immediately because of my dog. He said the manager insisted. Yes—the same manager who abandoned me mid-order.

If there’s a no-dog policy, enforce it at the door. Don’t serve someone, let them sit down, start eating, and then publicly tell them to leave. It was loud and embarrassing.

Before I left, I checked the restroom. It was extremely filthy. If the front of house runs this chaotically, the condition of the bathroom doesn’t inspire confidence about anything happening in the kitchen.

Disorganized staff, poor management, inconsistent policy enforcement, dirty facilities, and careless food prep. I won’t be back.
