DogSlinger is a hot dog and sausage joint offering 20+ types of regional favorites & speciality dogs. We are not a franchise! Take out only, but we offer outdoor seating in front and in our side yard. We stop taking phone-in orders 30 minutes prior to closing.

Stopped here on a whim and it was super yummy! The hot dog was quality tasting and the service was quick. I got the junkyard dog. My boyfriend got the scuba Steve and poutine which he said “was downright”. The lady working realized it was our first time in and she left the counter and joined us at the large menu to explain how everything works for ordering. She was super kind and had great customer service. Parking was good. There aren’t tables inside or a bathroom but it’s more of a grab and go place. They had specials and home made cookies as well.

A quick stop on a road trip and well worth it!! The largest variety of hot dogs and great combinations I’ve ever seen. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and the hot dog and brat were delicious. They even had really good gluten free buns!! There is outside tables and what I’d call a beer garden. And get the tater tots and garlic aioli Mayo. Heavenly!

Food was great! Definitely will return when in the area. Some of their own creations were pretty tasty looking! Took quite a while to get our dogs and someone in the kitchen referred to our Chicago dog as belonging in the toilet which you don’t really want to hear from the kitchen that is actively preparing your food.
Dining area was outside exclusively and the picnic tables were like a foot shorter on one side. As if they filled the gravel in around the tables and didn’t level it out.
Overall good stop that I’ll return to.

Such a great stop for some unique mouth-watering hotdogs. Their vienna beef hotdogs really make a difference. Unique dogs that never disappoint! Home made cookies every single day. They have outside seating as well. Stop in here for fantastic franks. BEST in the region!

This was our 1st time stopping. Everytime I pass by they are busy. A couple walked in behind us & their little boy ran up to the counter & yelled “I want the Best corn dog ever & a hot dog” They said it is his favorite. The prices are very reasonable & I saw a sign for “Happy Hour” times.
