My daughter ordered in app at 5:10 pm said should be ready by 5:25. They was not ready they,didnt start making them till 6;05. And then when they got sandwiches done was informed I had to wait cause the cookies was hot and she couldn’t pick them up without burning her hands. Customer service is VERY BAD. Don’t believe ill be spending anymore my hard earned money there which is a shame cause this was my favorite subway for many years but last few years have gotten worse and worse. I’ll drive to Forest from now own.

Once an employee was fired or quit, the service has been terrible. Don’t know the name of the employee who’s not there anymore, but she made sure customers were satisfied with the purchase one made. Now she’s not there, the sandwich “Artists”, gave up on the art. The food is horrible now. Even the deli section. I’ve spent too much money on a gas station I ,once, considered an amazing place. Will never purchase anything at this location again.

I get the same sandwich every time I go to subway. Tonight I decide to chance it with Bay Springs store. It will never happen again. No bread, no bell peppers for my Philly cheesesteak! Took one bite and had to spit it out and throw the entire foot-long in the trash. Subway needs to rethink allowing this location to carry their brand!!! This location does not meet Subway standards and guidelines.

Customer service is poor. Inventory and stock is poorly kept. Was told multiple times in a rood manner the way I enjoy my sub is “ Nasty/disgusting”. Employees could have better training.

Staff is rude! They play to much.. not to mention they are loud… Instead of talking in a normal voice they seem to get louder by the minute especially when they are talking to the other people working the deli part of the convenient store! I went in for the buy one sub and get one”free” sub. And guess what i didn’t get my free sub. But oh well won’t be going back there!

The subway is open to 9 pm monday, thur Friday. 10pm sat and Sunday. I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up, and a subway employee told me the correct times as they walked out the door.

Subway in general is always tasty, with their made to order sandwiches. This one is in a Gas Station. For some reason Subways that are in Gas Stations seem dirtier than stand alone stores. Food was fresh, the lettuce looked a little wilted, but the server picked around the brown without my intervention. Tastes just like every other Subway sandwich I’ve ever eaten.

When my friend got me my sub, there was a bunch of black pepper on it. Not to mention, they barely gave my friend any lettuce, bacon, and mayo and her turkey was also salty and gave her too much and her bread hard.
