Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ on Palm Beach Blvd. I waited about 12 minutes in the drive-through, and my order was wrong. When I tried to fix it, the employee assisting me did not speak English, and no one stepped in to help or resolve the issue. I was essentially ignored.
The order was remade and still incorrect. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and received a cold, untoasted bagel. I also tried calling the store several times around 8:00 a.m. on January 16 to speak with a manager, but no one answered.
Poor communication, no support, and repeated order errors. I won’t be returning to this location.

I rarely stop here at this Dunkin’ location because I have one closer to home… but I was forced to stop before work one morning because the other Dunkin’ location (my usual go-to) royally screwed up my frozen coffee. It was absolutely disgusting and barely blended. So, by time I realized this, I was already on the road again. I decided to stop at this location. I went through drive-thru to inform them of the mistake (that they didn’t make) and they were more than willing to accommodate to me. The respectful ladies made me a new frozen coffee… probably the best one I’ve never had from any Dunkin’ before. I was extremely impressed and even more thankful that the wonderful women working the drive-thru were able to assist me. My morning was definitely made right… thank you!

Placed an order, we got home and it was wrong. Called to mention it they said to come back then hung up the phone. We went back and showed them the order they put 2 donuts in a separate bag. So we came home and they still were not the donuts that were ordered. None of these donuts are Boston Cream. Maybe they need training.

The service was not there. I ordered hash-browns and plain bagel minis, with a French vanilla latte. Took them 20 minutes to give me the food. There were no cars behind me. I don’t usually speak ill of restaurants, but the women that were working couldn’t care less for service or hygiene as you can see in my bagel mini. I have no idea what that is. Please don’t ever come to this Dunkin if you want clean food.

The lobby was closed with people inside talking and chatting? Are we hear to serve customers or hang out with friends? Because online it READS closes at 7pm its 6:20pm On February Wednesday 18th 2026?

By far the worst one yet bagel was hard as rocks and the avocado spread was sour nothing about this is good and I’m upset that they thought this was ok!!! I also order another bagel with eggs and cheese and bacon that was also non-edible. Unfortunately I was on my way to work.

What absolute shame! Used to go to this dunkin 4 times a week atleast but not any more. The manager should be assumed you have 3 employees working so hard every time I go the and there is always 2 lady’s sit in the drive window hiding from customers not matter how busy they are today I went the attempting to hid saw me while the other 2 where busy and refused to acknowledge me crazy having a full blown conversation in a different language and I’m attempting to talk to here she gives me the hand like what in the world .i feel so bad for the employees that just wanna work while this group of ladies think it’s socal hour. I wait 5 full mins of being ignored by this lady and I finally said some to here and she looked at me like a was speaking Chinese. That’s when it dawned on me that these 2 ladies hide because they can’t speak English just hit me with hand gestures. Crazy dunkin do better you will lose all good employees promoting a environment like this

Worst dunkin ever !!!!!! The area should tell it all ! They don’t care about their customers or the customers coffee. They all look miserable !!!! Fixed my coffee 3 times and it still was offfffff! They need to get it together !

Actually a horrendous ordering experience so I come here to the Dunkin’ on palm beach blvd and ordering my food wasn’t the issue but when I get to the window I give them my card and they pass pass me two bags one with my sandwich and the other with three doughnuts which was wierd cause I only ordered two then they pass me my drink and forgot my small black coffee then their saying they passed me the wrong bag and so I pass it back to them and then their just standing there talking and then they pass me back the correct bag its the same one they took back and then had to ask there times to get a damm receipt only to find out I had been overcharged learn how to take orders I’ve worked in fast food it’s not hard

After ordering via the app, I went inside to pick up my order. As I stood in front of the pick up area, I could see the bag with my name on it along with my coffee. So I assumed the employee in that area was waiting on some of my food order to be prepared and brought over. Nope. She finally looked at the receipt, then inside the bag and asked my name. I told her and she handed me my order. I said “it’s been ready this entire time”? I stood there for 5-10 min waiting. If there’s a next time, I’ll be sure to order a coffee with two shots of Customer Service.
