I ordered online to pick up in store. The location was very, very busy. There’s no clear signage or direction for picking up an order. I ended up just waiting in line to pick it up. I wish there were clear directions/signage.
The pace itself was decent for the number of people in there. I love that you can see people baking in the back while you’re paying. Everything was fairly priced and, more importantly- so delicious. Not somewhere I’d recommend going if you’re in a rush, but definitely somewhere worth going for a delicious meal.
Staff was very kind and also apologetic that my order wasn’t ready.

This is one of my favorite spots for coffee and sweet treats. They have never disappointed, and their iced coffees are exceptional. I love coming here and enjoying the atmosphere as well. Totally recommend to visit!

Came here for the first time the other day. It was a great experience with extremely friendly staff. I rate my breads not only on taste but also based also on the design of the frosting (I don’t eat foods without frosting due to personal spiritual reasons) and they have some cool items to choose from here. I particularly enjoyed their snowman frosted custard filled donut. Their mochi donuts with the bright color and fruit flavored frosting are also another option.
I will be back to try their other frosted deserts in the future! Next time I will bring my brother too.

The almond croissant, the filling inside is too sweet for me. Pie is really good. Perfect with less sweet. Taste just like the popular one sell in Japan except the edge is not as crisp but still very good.

I enjoyed two pastries and a matcha latte at Paris Baguette. The store was clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The pastries were fresh and soft, while the matcha latte had a rich flavor and a smooth blend with milk. Both the taste and service were excellent, making me want to visit again! super nice. This is my second time and looking forward to trying new pastries. They are not only delicious, but beautiful and unique at the same time. I wish there were a few tables inside, so we could sit with a pastry and a cup of coffee, but this location is small. Fortunately, weather permitting, there are a few seats outside.

The rewards system sounds good in theory, but if points aren’t added immediately, they disappear. Even with a receipt, it shows as “already scanned.” After several experiences like this, it’s hard not to suspect point theft. Management should investigate this.

I have a few concerns regarding the sanitation of this place. Today an older woman who goes by Sarah, was very rude and unsanitary. I couldn’t help but notice that she was standing on the platform where the loaf beads are, leaving foot prints near the pastries with the display opened. This was around 7:45 A.M. I came in for the usual Ham and Cheese pastry and was told to move because she was taking a picture of the area. She could have been nicer about it instead of just telling me to move out the way. I was with a friend and she caught the same woman rubbing her nose with a glove and then touching the pastries with the same glove.
