Every time I place an order, I get stressed wondering what they forgot to include this time — it literally gives me a stomachache. They have a completely disorganized and undisciplined way of working. They can’t even follow the checklist that comes out of the printer. I definitely do not recommend placing delivery orders from here.

I enjoyed going to this store because the service is very good, the dining area and bathrooms are very clean, and they help you enter or exit the store. Daisy is very friendly and helpful to customers, and the food is delicious. The store has improved a lot.

Every time I go around 4pm they are extremely rude. Speaking in Spanish about the employee not know i am Spanish myself. They rush you at the intercom and still don’t have the right order. I keep giving this restaurant a chance but it continues to disappoint me. Ordered an 8 piece tenders small fries and a small coke. I received an original chicken sandwich 8 piece chicken fries fries and a small coke total was 12 dollars. When I told her the order was incorrect (she had a black button down on) idk if she was manager but extremely rude she took the bag then hand it back saying that’s what I ordered I repeated what I wanted n she hands back the bag saying this what I ordered . I hand it back (at this point I’m frustrated) and tell her once again this is not what I ordered so she eventually walks away from window and mumbles oh my god and start speaking Spanish about me. Yo soy Latina..another team member gave me my order tenders were super hard and dry. And I did not get a refund I know for a fact I overpaid them. This restaurant needs to clean out the crew and hire new management.

Recent remodeling. Seems change of ownership/staff that is driven to exceed in customer service from the previous owners/staffing (those reviews were bad).

The woman messed up my order — paid for bacon cheeseburgers and got regular cheeseburgers. Fries were loaded with salt. They wouldn’t honor my coupon First and LAST time going here! They don’t answer their phone either so I couldn’t call to complain

They don’t know how to make Junior Burritos! Wrapped all wrong, always looks pathetic. Just got one, no sauce! It is dry! Was calling to let them know, but they dont answer the phone! Get better!
