Went here a while back and got food here walking through Cary. The food here is ok. Definitely nothing special. I got the Reuben with Pastrami and it was fine. The bread was toasted but within a few minutes the bread got pretty soggy, didn’t have the crunch to the toasted bread I normally like. Adding chips into the sandwich added to the sandwich. I also got an order of the carrot cake, which tasted store bought. I just overall thought the food was fine.

We’ve enjoyed a couple of quick meals here between our children’s music lessons and evening orchestra practice. The children enjoy their food that Isaac I’m fresh. We sometimes enjoy eating at the outside tables. It’s walking distance to the new Downtown Cary Park.

In a small quaint town, one gourmet sandwich shop stands among the hilltops. Serendipity a word to describe a sandwich but also to describe the elegant setting. Would recommend the sandwiches and the small town feel we got the club with spicy cheese, which was fantastic and also the garden. Would recommend if you’re passing through Cary on your next stop. We got 8 sandwiches. 5 for kids. Nobody liked their sandwich. The tuna salad had very little seasoning, the greek wrap and greek grilled cheese not good. We thought it would be better!

Our group enjoyed the atmosphere. Most people enjoyed the food they ordered. I had been looking forward to going again and having a sandwich called The Garden that is served with lemon tahini dressing. In the past the dressing has been very flavorful and made the sandwich a special experience. This time it was oily and flavorless. Other menu items looked good and are probably worth trying.

This is one of my wife’s favorite places to eat. She gets the tuna croissant and I get the smokey cowboy. They are consistently great. There are times they are really busy and a line out the door just to order. They need someone else taking phone orders, not the main cashier taking the in person orders.

I was taking a stroll through downtown Cary and was looking for somewhere to eat and I came across this cute little deli in the heart of it. The place has indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas to block out the sun/rain. The server was very kind and helped us ultimately make the decision on what to eat. I chose a turkey sandwich and customized it the way I wanted. It was absolutely delicious and came with a side of homemade chips which were also great. The atmosphere of the space was very lively and fun. Definitely would recommend this deli for a quick bite to eat if you’re in the downtown Cary area. 10/10

I’m not sure what I expected, but quick sandwiches on a panini press was not it. The potato salad tasted like sugar and the macaroni salad only had mayonnaise in it. It’s a cute place, but they need a real kitchen.

Serendipity has some excellent sandwiches and lunch specials; probably some of the best in downtown Cary. Not only is the food good but the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.
I had their pastrami special with a side salad and it was the best work lunch I’ve had in some time. Filling yet light enough to not slow you down, I’ll definitely be back to try some more.
