They are sad pizzas for the price. The sad pepperoni pizza with mushrooms is a joke. There are hardly any ingredients on it. The sausage pizza is sad too as is the vegan pizza I ordered. The pizza is overdone, and artichoke hearts? I have 2 leaves that’s it. A sprinkle of mushrooms. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been going to this place about once a week for the last year or so and have had mostly great service and great pizza, until today. The guy was new, so I was being patient with how slow he moved. I get it, we’ve all been there. When I finally got the 2 pizzas, I noticed they were shaped weird and being a cauliflower crust, they’re already pre-made and round, which really made it stand out. That’s when I realized he cut the burnt crust off the pizza. It still tasted good, but I bought 2 pizzas for $38, so I expected whole pizzas. This is the only time this place has disappointed, so I don’t hold the whole restaurant responsible, but they may want to retrain the guy or find someone else. My daughter ate a slice before I could get a picture of her pepperoni pizza, but it’s still clear in the picture it was cut at the crust.

A year ago I rated this place five stars. And it breaks my heart that I have to change it to one star. I’m here on this Sunday night, it’s super slow the dining area is a complete mess. There’s nobody in line for orders yet there’s not a single person out here cleaning, taking out the trash, etc. I watched a young woman behind the counter refill the food bins and instead of doing it properly by putting a new food bin in and putting the old product on top, she is putting new food on old food. Now I’m starting to understand why I always have a little bit of a stomach ache the day after eating this pizza. There have been a lot of staffing changes from what I can tell over the last year. And during that time the standards have fallen considerably. I’ve worked in food service so I know how much detail and attention needs to be paid to these things. Somebody please get this crew together and get them back on track. If you need help let me know and I’d be happy to do so. I would like to add that the staff is super friendly and super courteous. From what I could tell the supervisor or manager on duty was the guy in a ponytail because he was the one directing people to do certain things. Ponytail, guy direct somebody to clean up your dining area….. that’s the first impression people have of your establishment when they walk in.

Well, things changed, and so I had to change my review. Something just not clicking, pizza, not what it used to be. Let me not be vague. I ordered Artichoke on my pizza. I got 2 pieces, such little cheese on the pizza, honestly thought they forgot it. If you are ordering the pizza, you should be able to see the person and not have them looking through their hair. I understand the new metal tray to keep the toppings the correct temp. But now you can’t see how they are making it or ask for extra. If I am asking for extra, I don’t mind paying for it. I just want a specific amount. Oh, also, please keep an eye on your item. You returned clearing the table, we put our trays back and returned the metal part, and it was stated so high they fell over. This used to be hopping. Now, it might be a hop over.

This is a close-up of the pizza that I created at Pieology. The place is set up like subway, you pick out your crust, your sauces and Seasonings, and you get unlimited ingredients to pick from. I put a little bit of everything my pizza is usually 3 inches thick 🙂
I really like extra sharp cheddar and Pieology only has mild, so I bring an 8oz package of shredded extra-sharp cheddar and put it on the pizza to melt in after they bring it out of the oven. This is the Masterpiece that was created and it was oh so delicious. You really should try your own.

Yo… Love this place. Don’t visit too often but when I feel like a quality low priced pizza this is where I go. Food is fantastic, staff is friendly & store is always clean. Plus you can’t beat the inspirational quotes on the wall which I constantly read literally every time I visit. The only negative thing I would say is that sometimes there are certain staff members who don’t have the best hygiene… like twirling their hair before moving pizzas in the oven or sweeping then going to the food without washing their hands. I’m just sure to correct this before they touch my food.
