This Dominos has to be the worst location by far, I ordered some food and when the order came my Parmesan bread bites were burnt to the point they were black and charcoal. I called the restaurant, spoke to a manager and she said she would refund the bread bites, almost a week later and no refund. This is terrible customer service where a company and provide food that’s not edible and refuse to refund you your money. That’s robbing your customers.

“I ordered a pizza for pickup because my wife and I were very hungry. I picked up the pizza at the counter, but when we got home, we realized it was incorrect. It came with a different sauce than what we had requested and with onions, which my wife does not eat. At first, I thought it might have been a mix-up, so I let it go.
However, later that same week, we decided to give it another chance since we got home late from work and needed something quick. This time, I made sure to emphasize our order and mentioned the previous mistake so that they would be more careful: we wanted the correct sauce and no onions. To our surprise, when we opened the pizza, everything was wrong again.
Frankly, it’s clear that this pizzeria does not pay attention to customer feedback. The lack of care in their service completely ruins the experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. It does not live up to the franchise’s reputation, and after these incidents, I will not be ordering pizza here again.”

Terrible service, driver didn’t speak English and kept driving in circles around my building telling me to go between the front and back when she wouldn’t stay in one spot took 10 minutes of running in circles outside my building trying to find them. Get better service!!

This place has become worse and worse. What is the point of the pizza tracker- I ordered at 6:13 to be ready 6:30 after getting there and checking in ar 640 at 659 it wasn’t even in the oven, it’s infuriating that there’s 10 people working and this place can’t manage to be organized and run smoothly. Some people work hard and others stand around taking up space. Do better you guys aren’t worth the $6 pizzas id rather I’d rather spend $60 on a slice of pizza rather than deal w this again. Does someone own this place? Is it managed? Or do people just show up and hope for the best lol

One of the worst Domino’s I’ve ever been to. Workers arguing amongst each other, pizza is undercooked or too cooked, and the lack of handwashing makes me sick.
I couldn’t tell you enough to never come here, go to a different dominos. I’ve been to this one many times and I’ll tell you now it never gets their issue fixed. And the waiting time is atrocious. Want to wait an hour for one pizza? Want to have an attitude from workers when you’re just asking a question?
I’ve gotten sick off one of the pizzas after it was freshly made as well. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give a 0 star I could. I hope this place shuts down completely.

Ordered garlic bread bites, got chicken with some white sauce on it. Wont be ordering from here again. You ended up getting some random item in place of what you order every time.

I wish I could give zero stars. My order was completely burnt and inedible. Even the paper under the breadsticks was charred! It’s incredibly sad to know your employees feel it’s acceptable to serve burnt food to customers. I’ll be sharing this with a manager tomorrow.

Didn’t put in oven till I got there…..asked them to cut into squares…they didnt…they forgot he said… and box kept opening on the way home….pizza cold and the crust had so many bubbles that it made too much crust…. I usually love this pizza….not so much today….
