Food is more greasier than any other taco bell location and just tasted off. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.The soda machine ( Sigh ) Where to begin, there was no ice at all, almost every soda came out as water, the water itself tasted like straight chemicals/toilet water. And to top it off, KFC bags. Can’t make this up. Lol Highly recommend NOT coming here.

This has always been the crappy taco bell in the area but they are working to outdo themselves these days. Ice machine doesn’t work? Cool I guess ill drink my soda warm. No Baja blast or regular mountain dew either but it has to be fine because we’re already here. Want water? Not here you don’t because it tastes terrible. Need to use the bathroom? Grab some napkins because toilet paper doesn’t exist in this location. Other customer: “Hey taco bell employee I think your soda machine is broken” TB Employee “yeah I bet it is”. My taco bell order coming in a KFC bag was a unique experience, which wouldnt be so weird if it was a combined KFC/Taco bell location but its not…. Where did you guys find these bags? So yeah if you’re going to starve to death there is a McDonalds next door, otherwise drive the 10 minutes to literally any other location.

I went here to make a simple order and pay with cash. The problem was waiting 10 minutes to even speak with the register staff who said he could take my order and we had to use the kiosk. I explained we were paying with cash and he replied with “yeah you put it in the kiosk”. The problem was, you CAN’T pay at the kiosk so we still had to pay at the register. Waited another 5 minutes to pay and then another 10-15 minutes to receive our food. The customer service is crap. The woman hands me a cup and says there is no diet pepsi and proceeded to tell me I could get a mountain dew blast. Why would I? Asked for a refund for the drink and it was given. But seriously 30 minutes to get 4 soft shell tacos and a crunch wrap supreme is ridiculous. All set with this place.

I pulled up at 145am after working a 12 hr shift and assumed I could drive to this location bc the close at 2am per google. I pulled up to the drive through window and the automated greeting began to come through the speaker. Only before the greeting finished someone quickly shut it off and then instead of telling me they closed early or responding to me asking they all ignored me and scattered as I pulled up to the window. So I know what it’s like to be exhausted and he flow at work wanting to close early, but it’s the lack of professionalism and just people skills in general that gets me as I would literally never go out of my way to ignore someone, but I’m not the kind of person that closes early just because I can anyway. Needless to say that sucked and I’m not going back there.

Placed an order in store recently and ate in house. Place was clean, but the staff seemed to be in a full mood..person behind the counter forgot my drink cup. Wasn’t a huge deal,.went back and got it. All the food was like warm at best. Got their version of an enchilada. It was okay. Just their ground beef in a tortilla with sauce and cheese. Again, lukewarm. However, I also ordered a chicken power bowl and this is where the problem arised. I was not given a Power Bowl, I was given a Power BOX. It was served in the same box you get the Mexican pizza in. It was kind of lack luster and bummed out my eating experience. As I was eating someone came in and ordered the same thing. Had to warn them about it cause I felt that when paying such a high price to get a simple box lined with paper was a bit sad.

This is my first time to Taco Bell in many years and I was very disappointed. The food was disgusting. It gave me the shits and an upset stomach. It took over 30 minutes to get my order and I have to use a kiosk to place it. I didn’t see many people working behind maybe two. Apparently that’s not enough. I won’t be back!

Terrible experience at this location. The chicken was hard, dry, and inedible. Last time I paid extra for customization and they ignored it completely-feels like a scam. Staff are rude and act like you shouldn’t even talk to them. This time I asked for “easy” on some things, and they just left them out entirely. I can’t eat pork or steak, so I ordered chicken, but after seeing how careless they were, I didn’t even trust what was in the bowl and ended up throwing it away. If employees don’t care to do their job right, what’s the point? Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU’LL REGRET IT WHEN YOU GET HOME. It’s 12:41am 5/19 and i understand it’s late and people don’t wanna work. But if you gonna be brain dead at the job then go home. I ask them to NOT! put cheese on any of my tacos to make it easy for them and guess what they did, put cheese on EVERYTHING!. Im already home and I don’t live close so I’m not about to go back. I’m throwing the food out and taking a loss on my money.
