worst taco bell location in maine. they’ll give u the wrong sauce, put meat in ur food when u ask for no meat, nacho fry’s are always stale and hard, they forget half the meal. most all the drive thru workers are very rude or don’t speak english so they get the order wrong, and it takes forever. they’ll get mad if u ask for a refund or to fix the order when they get it wrong. this place overall just sucks so bad.

I was given a third portion of what I normally get at other Taco Bells. They gave me so many onions it gave me heartburn (probably about a half of a cup), but they only gave me about two tablespoons of black beans. Meanwhile they gave me a cup and a half of rice, enough jalapenos for like 17 burritos, and hardly no tomatoes and chopped greens! The ranch was still put on my bowl even though I ordered it through the website… I have allergies to dairy which is why I had all of that removed and it’s still ended up on my burrito bowl somehow… Avoid this specific Taco Bell at all costs. It was gross, made me sick, and it didn’t even fill me up because it was a third of the size I am normally served…

This Taco Bell is magical. The food is always amazing. The employees are always amazing. The music is consistently horrible and baffling in the very best possible way. Nowhere in this world is perfect, but this is an exceptional Taco Bell. This specific Taco Bell in Biddeford is amazing. I wish I could give 10 stars. I wish there were a way to tip the employees for excellent service without things getting weird.

Service at this location has been spotty at best for years due to high staff turnover, with their hours a suggestion at times, and randomly not being open some days, but never had issues with the food when i finally got it. Until today, that is.
Opened up one of my Cheesy Gordita Crunch, only to be really grossed out with what i saw. Covered on the outside with a greyish-greenish substance, with a visible handprint in the same hue. Honestly looks like either mold or boogers. Makes me question if i should eat the rest at all, even though it looks fine!
With food prices going up and up, and the fact that Taco Bell is no longer “cheap” fast food, dissapointing to have to throw money in the trash.
