What is going on with coming up with other ways to make an elote. It didn’t take much because we are always satisfied with the original “crema, queso fresco, limon & chile”. This one was odd, corn was cut from cob into warm water. 2nd, pressed to absorb the water, mixed ingredients then served.
I could but taste the corn flavor, nor the ingredients. No matter the amount of chile or lemon pepper.
Please stop this, just cut, scoop, add ingredients then serve.

Horrible choice if ur looking for a freshly made mangonada. Went there only to buy that. It’s nothing like the picture shows or how they should be. Won’t be going back. Don’t waste ur time or money.
