Notably, the coffee here seems to have a superior taste compared to other locations, which keeps me coming back.
The ambiance of this Starbucks is inviting, providing a comfortable space to relax or work. Additionally, the parking area is relatively spacious, making it convenient even during peak hours.
Recently, I decided to try one of the trending customized beverages. To my delight, the staff was already familiar with the drink, which made the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. The barista was courteous, and the beverage tasted delightful. However, upon reviewing my receipt later, I noticed a slight overcharge. While the amount was minimal, it was a bit disappointing to realize I paid approximately $8 for a grande-sized drink. It would have been appreciated if the additional charges were communicated during the ordering process to set proper expectations.
Overall, this Starbucks excels in location, service, and quality. Despite the minor hiccup with the pricing, it remains a preferred spot for me and my family.

I like this starbucks. But I dislike going to starbucks in general just because they ask for a tip as part of there checkout process. Why would I want to give a tip before I even know how good the drink or service will be. That being said, it’s a starbucks. If you’re expecting to spend too much for a decent drink with a lot of unnecessary calories. You’re in the right place.

It was a little tricky pulling off the main road but totally worth it. When I went inside to order, I was greeted by everyone on the team during my time in line, which really made me feel welcomed. You could tell by the parking lot they are busy and there was no one standing around talking, the whole team was working to turn out orders in a very timely manner. The inside was very clean and well stocked. The tables outside were comfortable and looked well maintained as well. I would def go back if I was in the area and recommend others check it out. My drink tasted excellent – thanks to the staff for a job well done.

I’ve seen it all. I was at the Mt.Juliet Starbucks on Lebanon Road today, waiting to place an order. I saw a woman with purple in her hair making sandwiches approached by another woman saying that she couldn’t help her because her perfume made her grossed out and she didn’t like it. Then proceeded to make gagging noises out loud. The pain in that woman’s eyes hurt my soul but she just kept working. Her nametag said Erin. The mean lady had a nametag that said Allie. I was shocked to say the least at that kind of entitlement and rude behavior. I watched an employee be bullied right in front of me. This should never be tolerated anywhere no matter what. She should be fired for that disgusting interaction.

I love Starbucks and this one is my favorite Starbucks in the Nashville area. The staff are always amazingly attentive and polite. This specific Starbucks has never ever gotten my drink wrong in the years I have been coming here. There are plenty of seats and tables which I use to study.

We ordered online this morning and when we are going to pick it up they made us wait for 30 minutes and still our coffee is not ready. We asked them to just cancel the order and they said that we will have to call customer service. There are like 30 people waiting in the store. We ended up leaving without a coffee. IT IS A SCAM!!!

This is the worst location ever !!!! I understand the morning rush hours but it’s unacceptable for just a coffee mobile orders took 40 mins to get it . If you want a smooth morning then u should try other locations and NOT this one !!!!!
