Not going to lie this was the first time I have been to any jimmy John’s I ordered my sandwich and I payed extra for the avocado spread and when I got home and was about to eat I saw how sad my sandwich looked it was so small there was barley any meat barley anything on it really I didn’t see any avocado spread I didn’t really taste it it was just a very overall not a great experience I wish the sandwich was not so sad looking The taste wasn’t bad but I also was frustrated that I paid extra for the avocado spread and didn’t get any there was no lettuce there was no tomatoes there was nothing just ham cheese and bacon and mayo not sure if I’ll ever go back to that location

Quick delivery as always but I paid $2 more for extra turkey making it a $10+ sandwich and it came with one piece of turkey. I’ve bought this sandwich countless times and never seen the sandwich so thin, especially not when you pay for extra. Seems pretty skimpy for “extra”

We eat here on occasion. Everytime we have eaten at Jimmy’s John’s it has been very good. Never had a problem. If I had a complaint, it would be the tomatoes. They are sometimes ok, and other times not ok. But I get that at any sandwich shop. So I don’t get tomatoes on my sandwich. That’s an easy enough fix.

I’ve been a pretty regular customer a few times a month since I’ve worked relatively close for the last 3 years.
My relationship with them hasn’t ever been great, when you order online it always says this location will take longer than normal so I’m used to waiting over an hour to get delivered. The last 3 times recently the sandwiches have been inedible.. I didn’t say anything despite always tipping in the past.
Earlier this week I made an order and didn’t tip online so I could inspect my food first. When the delivery person came in to my office around 230pm, I was busy multitasking multiple phone calls and a line of clients waiting to be helped.
The delivery person loudly said in front of everyone “if you’re going to tip, you have to sign this slip” then continued to talk about how they’re overworked because they’re the only spot in the area that delivers cold sandwiches.
This public shaming is the last straw and my last order. I will not continue to pay $20 for a tiny sandwich and drink that is mostly ice when they’ve already added delivery fee’s that already go directly to drivers.

My family and I ate dinner here this evening, and boy was it absolutely delicious! This is the first good bread we have had since we moved to Colorado a couple of months ago (I’m originally from NJ and pretty picky about bread lol). Not only was our food superb, but the restaurant was spotless and the gentleman who took care of us, Ross, went above and beyond with his customer service and friendliness. Thank you, Ross, for making us dinner tonight! You’ve made our family customers for life!

I’ve been to several Jimmy John’s throughout Colorado as a great place to get a quick sandwich. Some have very average customer service and some have good customer service. This location in particular is very friendly; they meet you with a smile and at one point I accidently grabbed the wrong bag of chips, opened them and told them I accidently got the wrong ones. The staff was friendly enough to allow me to keep my bag of chips and grab another one. Where this would be considered taboo at your local subway, the store manager was nice enough to not make a big deal about it. I gave the other bag of chips to my buddy who accompanied me and got exactly what I wanted. 5 stars for a good staff!

As I have many times before, I placed an online/delivery order today, but somehow one of the numbers was incorrect in my address this time — still not sure how that happened, since I double-checked in the beginning of the process that it was right, but forgot to look again before I clicked submit. Whatever happened, it was my fault, so when I called after realizing my order had been delivered to someone else I expected that I’d have to pay a second time. But they offered to replace my order at no cost, and it arrived just as quickly as ever. They didn’t have to do that, and maybe couldn’t have with a larger order. But on a really bad day where I wasn’t able to get out of the house this was extra appreciated. I love the sandwiches, and the customer service has always been great too, but this was above and beyond. Thank you!

I love their sandwiches. I always add peppers on all my sandwiches. They are very fast and effective and they deliver also they have pick up. they have a very friendly staff and are very quick to assist you on placing your order. They also are very helpful on choosing between sandwiches on what ingredients are in what sandwich. I recommend Jimmy John’s for cold cut sandwiches especially this Jimmy John’s.
