I get that breakfast sandwiches are usually a little bit lacking with the eggs but this is just ridiculous… Genuinely who put this together and thought to themselves “yep, this works” ?????? This was the vegetarian option btw, so this was literally the ONLY thing on the sandwich. Whispers of an egg and a half slice of cheese smh.

Disappointed tonight at Panera. My wife and I went earlier today. Almost every table had not been cleaned, a couple had water or soda spilled, and most had crumbs or litter on the floor. I ordered a sandwich and soup. It came with…a chunk of bread on the side. I was not asked about a side dish. With the soup came…a other chunk of bread. ??? My wife ordered an Apple chicken salad. What was given was a bowl of mixed greens – no chicken, no apple, no feta. I did mention it at the counter and she did receive a correct salad. This was my 2nd visit to this Panera. Don’t know if/when we’ll try it again. For almost $40 we were very underwhelmed.

I love coming here with my children. It’s always been a favorite place to eat since highschool.

We came for early lunch and the restaurant was empty which we enjoyed. It’s normally packed and hard to find seating.

We ordered three entrees and a kids meal with drinks and kind of shocked on how much it came out to. We definitely could have spent the same amount sitting down eating at a normal restaurant. You would think Panera would be cheaper but it really wasn’t.

The food it self was semi decent. I don’t think we would order the teriyaki bowl from there again and just stick with the classic sandwiches or pick twos.

I don’t think we will be back in a while due to the price. Not sure if it was worth it for us.

I normally have a good experience at this location, but a worker today was incredibly rude. I’m a sip club member and went in to order a large drink, then went to the pickup counter and requested my LARGE cup. I was wordlessly handed a regular size cup, and when I said “oh, this was supposed to be a large” the worker’s response was, word for word, “no, we’re out of large cups so there’s no possible way you could have rung it up as a large” in an incredibly sassy tone. I was polite in my request for a correctly sized cup. While this size difference doesn’t matter to me because I pay for the sip club membership, it would have mattered for a lot of other people as there is a price difference. The attitude and lack of respect shown to me when I was super polite was out of line. I’ve attached a screenshot proving that I was, in fact, able to ring it up as a large.

Wow I cannot believe how bad the bagels are. I went today for Bakers bagels Tuesday, the Asiago cheese is just a plain not flavor, the cinnamon crunch is pure sugar they forgot to add cinnamon.
It is just sad to see how this restaurant is going bad, it used to be my family place to go.

My group ate lunch at Panera and we will not return. The serving sizes were small and the soup container was about 1/2 full. We asked about the cup not being filled and they stated that is their normal amount! The prices are not inexpensive and it’s very misleading to receive 1/2 cup of soup when you pay the asking price. We will not return.

The panera here in Parker used to be so well put together. Now I feel like the training is not as good and I found no manager to be seen. Their employees needed help and I saw no manager coming to help. I’m disappointed

Very disappointing, again. We have not gotten take out for some time here because it seemed like quality was going down. We decided to take another shot with some simple items, Spicy Take chicken sandwiches and soup. This is the sandwich you get for $12.79 (the chips are free lol). You get a better spicy chicken at Chick-fil-A for $5.49! How was the cheese broccoli soup? No idea, they gave us chicken noodle instead. I tipped $5.00 when I ordered and that brought this up to a $50 meal. Not worth it.
