I walked in at 1:45 not knowing they closed at 2:00…. The three that were in there working ; Damir, Brenda and Reese we’re phenomenal.
I would be mad if someone came into my store 10 minutes before I was going to wrap up and leave and these three or smiling happy to help, made great food and had great conversation.

I had the Texas Brisket with Asiago bagel and my sister had their Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich. So yummy, with the bagels having a crispy exterior and soft and warm interior. We left happy and satisfied.

I loved coming here because of the old man who makes the bagels is such a nice guy but the lady who works with him the one with the ponytail is so rude. I always order a sandwich with no bacon I’m Muslim I can’t have pork there’s no option to remove the bacon on the app so I edited my name to no bacon and bacon was still put on the sandwich anyway I asked for it to be remade shouldn’t be an issue it’s not a big deal and she gave me the nastiest attitude and acts like the bagel is coming out of her pocket. “I’ll just take the bacon off it” no you won’t because I can’t have any pork period and the juices of the pig are all over the bagel. She’s unbelievably rude and I hope that man is doing okay there she’s incredibly discriminatory and racist. Shame on you Einstein I’m done doing business with you

After a 10 year hiatus, overseas is my home now, finally had Einstein again. Just as good as I remembered but more expensive nowadays. This location is great. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee and using their wifi is relaxing.

The picture is what you get. It fell short to me. The bagel was good. But Tim Hortons is way better. It wasn’t clean. Maybe I went on a bad day but I don’t know if I will try it again.I couldn’t find the avocado. Took my egg off. Should of left it on so I would of had something. Does it look like the picture. ……

A few things happened. First i ordered 6 plain and 6 everything bagels and 6 jalapeno cheddar bagels and 6 cream cheese. Instead of putting it as 1 bakers dozen and one half of gourmet dozen with 3 cream cheese, they put it in as 2 separate half dozens and a half dozen of gourmet bagels with 4 extra cream cheese. I had to walk her through it. Apparently I was one bagel short of the bakers dozen. I ordered light ice on the iced caramel mocha and apparently they put less coffee in when you ask for light ice. I have never saw this before. I sarcastically said is there less coffee because I wanted less ice and the reply was yes. Unbelievable. But the food and drinks were good.

I went in there this morning and ordered two bacon cheddar Jalepeno bagels . I come all the way to work and received the wrong bagels. Called the store 5 times until they answered their phone to let them know i didn’t receive the right items nor a receipt and the manager Brenda gets on the phone give me attitude and tells me she don’t remember me being in there this morning as if I was lying . Truly was baffled after hearing such words as if I am lying. I have better things to do than come back up there and lie about bagels . Worst location ever ! They need training on customer service and how to take care of customers.
