Submarine rolls are baked in-house & stuffed to order at this counter-serve chain.

This is not the DiBella’s we all knew and loved anymore.
I tried them out after going to a big chain competitor for a while because I was hoping they’d revived a little after going downhill. They’ve gotten worse, instead.
I ordered a Dagwood with lettuce, onions, banana peppers, olives, and mayo.
The bread is narrower, the peppers aren’t the classic pickled red peppers cut lengthwise, and there was so little lettuce that I thought they left it off.
The meat was fresh, but I didn’t come for a meat sandwich with mayo.
They don’t have the line where you walk up, order, and watch them make your sandwich anymore. I can see why if they’re going to make these sad sandwiches.
All this sadness and the prices are much higher.
They aren’t worthy of the name. Don’t bother going. I won’t be back until they step back about 10 years in time to get it right.

I stopped by DiBella’s Subs in today, and as always, the subs were absolutely outstanding. DiBella’s consistently has some of the best subs around—fresh bread, quality ingredients, and great flavor every time.
What really made today’s visit exceptional, though, was the assistant manager, Lance. He truly enhanced the entire experience and made it completely amazing. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to see someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way he does.
Great food is expected at DiBella’s, but when the staff stands out like that, it takes the experience to a whole new level. Huge thanks to Lance for making a great visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!

DiBella’s has really gone downhill. The subs are basically all bread now, with almost no meat or lettuce inside. If they used mayonnaise, you can’t taste or see it. To make things worse, they even put tomatoes on the wrong sub. It’s hard to tell if they’re trying to save money or if they just don’t care anymore, but either way, the quality is gone, and this was my last visit. This was not a one-off experience. Also, the tables are dirty.

Tonight I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks for dinner and unfortunately was very disappointed with our experience. The steak on both subs was extremely dry and overcooked, there were barely any toppings, and there didn’t appear to be any cheese on them at all. Overall, the sandwiches did not meet the quality we’ve come to expect. We chose DiBella’s specifically because we’ve enjoyed your food in the past, so this was very discouraging. I wanted to bring it to your attention and see if there is anything that can be done to make this right. We would really appreciate the opportunity to give you another try. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. -Sabrina

After not great take out order last time I ordered, they made things right. And this last visit was great. Good staff and nice place.

This location messes up orders consistently. The staff no longer makes your subs to order in front of you and this allows for one more point of miscommunication and a lack of individual pride in the product since the person who makes your individual sub is anonymous. If you do order from this location, which I wouldn’t recommend, I would check my sandwich before I left. Also, recently, the quality of their toppings has declined. Good luck.

I ordered a small Turkey sub on multigrain with Tomatoes, Onions, Banana Peppers, Pickles, Black Olives, Mozzarella Cheese and Mayo. Well I definitely didn’t get what I ordered. As you can see in the picture I didn’t get what I ordered. I can’t eat everything bread, I don’t like lettuce on a sub, don’t like provolone cheese, and don’t like oil on a sub. Is it that hard to read a ticket and make what the customer requested? Never Again!

It’s gotten very expensive… $17~18 for a large Sub.
It is very good, my go to order is a Large Uncle Louie on an everything roll.

I’ve been here 3x now. Only complaint I’ve had was on our second trip there was some brown lettuce – but we just took it off. Their subs are great. The cheesesteak is great!

Service can be unpredictable but the food never is. Fresh soft huge bread and an amazing cookie! I always get the cheesecake (one of my favorites). They have definitely lessened the amount of meat on it over the years but a great sandwich to split at a good price. Love the old style decor as well.
