As I sit in the spotless well designed dining area and watch the staff I am very impressed! The cashier was adorable, efficient and polite. There is an employee wash the windows doors and metal trim like she owns them and they are spotless! The food is fresh and delicious and the condiment station is clean and filled. It is never very busy here. However there is a McDonalds next door that has a constant stream of people. But the food is subpar, the interior is always a mess and dirty. I don’t get it! My advice is skip MD’s and come on in and have a good meal in a very pleasant environment!

Did a online order, when I got there had to wait over 10 minutes for them to even start the order. Ordered a whopper and it had no ketchup on it and hardly anything else… Also ordered a hamburger, it was so dry and not hardly any ketchup or mustard on it. I couldn’t even taste it. Was like eating dry cardboard. Didn’t even check other food just cut my looses and went back to work

placed an online order and arrived 15 minutes later, only to wait another 6 minutes before being acknowledged—despite there being only one other car. To make matters worse, the staff member was rude, making a comment about me arriving “too early” for a digital order. Additionally, several items listed as available online (Coke Zero and Gatorade) were out of stock at this location. I have contacted customer service and received a coupon, but the service at this specific branch needs improvement.

I ordered 8 double cheese burgers at the Lowell, MI BK with only one guy working. He had them to me hot in under 3minutes. They were neat and tasty. Definitely impressed.

Super slow service. Employees are extremely rude and act like they don’t want to be there. And they’ve only got my order correct about half the time. This might be a new Burger King, but it had the same old problems. Would’ve been better off not opening another one. The cheeseburger in the picture is supposed to be plain, as noted in the receipt. This ruined my son’s night.

Got first BK drive through in several years since becoming vegan. Thrilled to have an impossible whopper and fries. Delicious! My friend in the car with me just asked for “the usual” and the awesome male window guy (can’t remember his name) put the order through without even questioning who he was. Awesome customer service obviously.
